  DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!! DO NOT USE If I could leave half a star I would. This company uses cheap material and does not honour their warranty. Our strata had a roof installed by them 6 years ago. We check the roof visually twice a year. This year one of the owners on the top floor had water damage on their ceiling. We called the roofing company to come and check for leaks as we could not identify where it came in from. Their technician showed up and used a long metal poker to poke into the sealant of the roof vent and ultimately pry it up off the roof to see where the sealant had failed. We assumed this would be covered under their warranty but they said no and referred to their warranty which directed us to their website. Below is the information provided The warranty references maintenance in two areas: Section 5.j. – Improper maintenance of the roof Post Section 11 Notice – Owner responsibility to follow Soprema’s Preventative Maintenance Guide The Soprema Preventative Maintenance Guide recommends periodic inspections of vents, drains, and general roof conditions. The guide: Does not require reapplication of caulking; Does not specify detailed inspection methods; Does not require that inspections or maintenance be documented. Very vague and designed to rip off the customer. One out of many vents failed because of poor application of the vent sealant and/or poor choice of material. A silicone sealant generally lasts from 10-20 years under normal weather conditions. If you decide to go with this company, be warned they will rip you off and no honour anything written in black and white. They know they have the upper hand because the customer has to fix the roof or incur further damage and costs, plus the money to take them to court will outweigh and settlement. DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! DO NO USE

First, we stand behind the quality of our work and the materials we use, and we do honor our warranty when its terms are met. In this case, our technician attended the site to investigate the reported leak and determined that the condition of the vent sealant fell under maintenance-related responsibility, as outlined in the warranty documentation provided at the time of installation. Roof systems, particularly around penetrations such as vents require periodic inspection and upkeep as part of standard building maintenance. While sealants can have a broad expected lifespan, their performance can vary depending on environmental exposure, movement, and site-specific conditions. For this reason, manufacturer guidelines, including those referenced in the warranty, recommend routine checks and proactive maintenance of these areas. Regarding the inspection process, our technician used standard diagnostic methods to identify the source of water ingress. This type of testing is necessary to properly assess where a failure may have occurred and is not intended to create damage. Although the issue was determined to fall outside of warranty coverage, we made the decision to waive the service charges for the visit as a gesture of goodwill. We understand that unexpected repairs are frustrating, and that was not the outcome anyone hoped for. However, we do not agree with the characterization of dishonesty. Our goal is always to provide clear communication, fair assessments, and reliable service.   These guys cut off 3 different vehicles swerving in traffic on Burrard with no signal light, nearly causing two accidents including with me having to skid to stop and missing them by inches. Licence plate WB-5340. I don't know if they are drunk, but they have no business on the road, and I would suspect that kind of behaviour carries through to their work.

  I cannot understand how a person like this is in business. He has bullied and tried to intimidate myself and my female staff. He has lied and told untruths consistently trying to intimidate. The worst of all is, that as a Professional, he is resorting to name calling. Not acceptable!

  Did an excellent job on my stratas roof. Tony and his helper were also real sports about the elevator being down and having to lug the rolls up 4 flights of stairs. Good working with them all round!
