  Phoned this business yesterday and spoke to a man from there. He said they could come over either today or tomorrow, but that they were busy. No problem. Early in the afternoon I tried to phone to pin down a time so that I could arrange my schedule. After 5 attempts and 3 messages left, I heard nothing. I phoned this morning today and left a message that we had to go with someone else because this needed to be fixed. Soon after I talked to the same guy I talked to yesterday. I told him that I had tried to get a hold of them yesterday but there was 0 response. Afterwards he rudely replied that they weren't the maytag repair man and that they were busy (arent we all!) Anyways, told him we were going with another company. They might very well be a decent company, but they need a better response procedure, and person responding.

My name is Dan Marr I am the owner and the person you were speaking with. When we talked Thursday morning I pulled your house up on google maps and we discussed that the leak was at the front right side of your house specifically. I figured it was probably either the air vent on the dormer or maybe down by the gutter. I explained to you that we could have a man to investigate the leak either late Thursday afternoon or the following morning and you don’t have to be home. I explained to you we don’t know if one leak repair is going to take 5 minutes or 3 hours and we don’t want people getting upset waiting for us that is why we can only give an estimate. You called back Friday morning a little after 8:00 in the morning, I was on the other line. I called you back after that phone call was finished you had told me that you had called 5 times on Thursday. After hearing about the issues getting through to someone, I was puzzled and was concerned that our phone system was messed up because all miss calls come to my email in a voice message and it has only shown one at 3:18 with no voice message, only one missed call from your number. I asked you what number were you calling, we checked our phone system as we were concerned it wasn't working properly. You kept repeating yourself that you called 5 times and was very disappointed I keep saying we never received them, only one with no message. You then told me you have another contractor coming out and cancelled our guy from coming and I thank you for letting us know I did also say trying to explain the circumstance how busy we were from the storm that we are not like the Maytag man having men sitting around waiting for a call to go to that was my bad and a poor example to use and I apologize for that.   All garbage from the roof ended up in my garden. The large pieces of old asphalt shingles the team removed but all dirt is impossible to remove. Very disappointing.

  Excellent work by Adanac Roofing. Wally did an impeccable job replacing our skylight and addressing the interior trim around it. The new skylight looks fantastic, preserves the beautiful natural light, and the updated glazing helps manage the heat. The work was also completed ahead of the original timeframe. Very pleased with the quality of the work and would highly recommend Adanac.

  Thank you to Wally and his team (sorry I don't have all your names) who came out and replaced our roof and sky light. They were so hard working, professional and great to talk to when we had questions. When there was an unexpected problem once they pulled off the old shingles that would cause a delay, they were so wonderful working so hard to get it completed. Cody was great to deal with, and the entire staff we interacted with was helpful and professional. We loved our roof so much that we got them to come back and do our gutters. It looks fantastic! Thank you for an excellent job!

  We recently had our roof, facia and gutters replaced by Adanac and we are super impressed. From start to finish everyone was great, clean, professional, helpful and had an impeccable eye for detail - nothing was over looked.   So pleased with Adanac. Kurt’s quote included almost exactly the features we wanted and needed, whereas two other big reputable companies quoted way under or over. One included replacing ten sheets of sheathing, which is almost 1/3 of the house. I asked Kurt what he thought and he said he didn’t feel any area soft enough to warrant it. Once the old roofing was torn off I saw that Kurt was right. So glad I didn’t sign with the other company! It was very difficult to compare apples to apples because one company has their own proprietary brand names for shingles, but the salesman slipped and mentioned Malarkey was excellent, even though none of their brochures were that brand. The other company quoted totally different brands than Adanac, too. But once I kind of figured out the quality/weight of their shingles and other roofing/product terms to compare the quotes side by side it was clear that Adanac’s was the most thorough, yet simple and on point, that we didn’t have to make a bunch of changes. Also, Adanac’s quote didn’t come with pages and pages of fine print like another company’s did. I feel like Adanac and Kurt have put themselves in homeowners’ shoes, knowing that delivering what homeowners want helps their bottom line. Finally, Adanac/Kurt seem very straightforward and not ‘salesy’ so I was comfortable asking him a bunch of questions.

  I was recommended to use Adanac by two friends and they did not disappoint, I was previously pressured by another company which I did not appreciate. Cody arrived well prepared and I knew straight away that I could trust him to help me get the best roof at a competitive price. The staff were very efficient and cleanup was done each day.   We chose Adanac Roofing to replace our roof last month after Cody presented a very detailed and informative quote package, including their many credentials and addresses of jobs Adanac completed in our area (which we checked out to help us decide the color we wanted). Cody explained the different material choices and the whole procedure for replacing the old roof. We were completely impressed with the very efficient roofing crew! They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and fast. The job was done in one day including removal of old materials and thorough clean-up. We would highly recommend Adanac Roofing for excellent quality, workmanship and customer service.

  My mother-in-law had a leaky oven vent exhaust and I called Kurt who answered on Saturday and came out within a few hours to check it out. He had someone out there Monday replacing/fixing the roof vent after she had the roof replaced eight years ago. Great service.
