I called this company because of the good reviews I read on the internet and their web page but don't believe them. the contractor strung me along for a week knowing I had a leak in my ceiling. he gave me excuse after excuse. used broken down truck excuse twice. I contacted the owner who was on vacation in Mexico who assured us the contractor would be by the next day. he did not even contact me for two days. wouldn't respond to my texts. how unprofessional. I will never use this company again and I will not be recommending them. they are unreliable and lack any semblance of communication. extremely poor customer service. they will not help you with your emergency.

The owner had been out to my house and re-sealed a few areas on the roof. The next time it rained a stream of water was dripping into my house down the furnace pipes. A employee came out and basically spent 2 minutes on the roof only to say he doesn't know what is causing the water to drip inside and to basically call another roofing company. The other roofer was able to correct the issue within minutes which was the wrong product used on the first visit.

We had a great experience with In Awe Roofing in Langley. They completed the roofing on two homes for us, and we were very pleased with the entire process. Rick and his estimator were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. The quality of workmanship was excellent, they kept the work areas clean and organized, and everything was completed as promised. Communication throughout the projects was also very good, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. After having them complete two separate homes, we would confidently recommend In Awe Roofing to anyone looking for a dependable and professional roofing company. Great workmanship, great service, and a company that stands behind its work. Highly recommended!

In Awe Roofing replaced 3 skylights with opening skylights which we love in this warm weather! They also repaired flashing at vents and covered an old vent. We were very pleased to get before and after videos and photos of their workmanship. Communication was clear and no nonsense.

Our club experienced an unfortunate accident where our guttering was damaged by a contractor on site. In Awe Roofing was able to provide a quote and negotiate a fair price for us. The communication was top level and the work itself was completed in a timely and professional manner. We will be using this company again for future needs!

We had In Awe Roofing come out to fix a leak in our roof during an atmospheric river. They responded quickly and put in a temporary fix until they could return for a permanent repair. We also had them fix our built-in gutters. Great service all around!

This is our 2nd time reaching out to In Awe Roofing for roofing work. As the previous time, we were very happy with the results. Nicole is such an understanding and great person to talk to for scheduling the roof work. They sent us a URL to the roof work of before and after images of what was done. In Awe Roofing just completed a cedar conversion on my nearly 27yr old roof. The outcome was spectacular, and I can’t say enough about how smooth the process went. From my initial consultation with Rick, I could tell he was a person who cared about the details and he showed this care throughout the project. A big thanks to Rick, Nicole and their crew for making my home look like new again.
