We recently had our roof replaced by Accountable Roofing, and we are very happy with the entire experience. We are located in North Vancouver, and the owner, Dereck, came all the way from Langley to our home twice to provide the estimate and patiently walk us through the scope of work. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood the process before the project started. The roofing crew worked on our home for almost five days. They were professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to detail. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and they kept the job site organized throughout the project. From the initial estimate to the completed roof, the communication and service were outstanding. We truly appreciate Dereck and his team's dedication and professionalism. We would highly recommend Accountable Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing company.

We called Dereck to take a look at our leaky roof, and he came out quickly, even though it was his busy season. He took photos of the issues he found and showed us exactly what he’d do to fix it. After he fixed up the roof, we’ve had no further issues. Thank you so much Dereck!

So impressed with our roof and gutter repair today, we had a leak and Derek, the owner of Accountable Roofing, was able to come out the same day to find the source of the leak and even repaired same day. Great price and very professional service. Will definitely recommend and call him again if any other problems arise.

Water appeared in my ceiling. I called Derek and he came out the next day, diagnosed the issue and it turned out there was a leak in one of my gutter areas. He replaced the damaged EDPM in the gutter, explaining to me the work he was doing during the process. I appreciated his openness and professionalism!

Hi Kevin, thank you for the detailed feedback! We’re glad we could get out there quickly to find the source of that ceiling leak. Diagnosing issues with EPDM gutter membranes is one of our specialties. Many homeowners in the Lower Mainland don't realize how critical that specific seal is to preventing interior water damage. It was a pleasure walking you through the repair process and ensuring your home is protected again. Thanks for choosing Accountable Roofing!
