  I called AC Matthews due to a small leak in my top-floor ceiling. Ramon was wonderful to work with and quickly diagnosed the problem — it turned out to be poor workmanship from the original builder's roof install (nails sticking through the plywood, holes in the plywood, and no weather flashing). Rather than just patching the leak, we decided to replace the entire roof, since the poor workmanship was identified in multiple areas. Because I had an active leak, they were able to get me scheduled within days — which I was so thankful for, since we had a horrible storm the day before the install that caused even more leaking in my ceiling. The crew installed the entire roof in a single day, and Ramon made sure the cleanup and install went smoothly. I would definitely recommend AC Matthews and have already shared this with my friends and neighbors.

  I'm updating my review from two years ago. Fourteen months after AC Matthews put a new roof on our house a 20 foot limb from a tree punctured the roof, the plywood, the insulation, the drywall and the end of the limb ended up in our bedroom closet. Our insurance company took care of removing the limb and patching the roof because this happened during a snowstorm. But my first call after that was to Matt at AC Matthews. Matt responded immediately and within a couple of hours, I heard from Ramon, who was assigned as our project manager. Ramon called me that same day and I shared pictures and information on the damage. Ramon came out to meet with the insurance adjuster to review the damage. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had a wonderful disposition. Once the insurance estimate came through, Ramon reached out to let us know that AC Matthews would handle the project as the General Contractor. He coordinated the replacement of half of the roof and coordinated the repair of the damage inside the closet. All went off without a hitch. I continue to highly recommend AC Matthews and Ramon, in particular. He helped make a difficult situation better with his demeanor and responsiveness. As I said two years ago, you can't go wrong with AC Matthews for your roofing needs. Our experience with AC Matthews was excellent from start to finish. Their personalized attention to our specific issues was extremely helpful. They were very responsive and, in the end, did an excellent job of installing our new roof. I highly recommend AC Matthews as your choice when you need a new roof. You can't go wrong.

  Fantastic company! My roof was finished in a single day, and the price was very reasonable. The cleanup was thorough, and they were kind enough to also clean my gutters out. My representative, Ramon Lomeli, guided me through the process from start to finish.
