They knocked on my door and I agreed to let them inspect to see if any damage had been done from the recent storm. Charles showed up shortly after with an 18foot ladder, definitely too short to get on to a roof. So we rescheduled for the following week. He had to cancel day of due to an emergency, so we rescheduled for the following day and he just didn't show up. No text, no call, and no response when I asked if he was still coming. So yeah, they effectively wasted my time on three days, definitely not good business practice.

I had an outstanding experience with Absolute Roofing. My sales person, Jeff Washington is thoughtful and took the time to explain the process from beginning to end. From Sales to the installation process it was a pleasant experience. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it with great communication along the way. The new roof looks great! Thank you so much!
