  We would not recommend Absolute Roofing. As part of the roofing work, we were told our gutter guards needed to be removed in order to complete the job. After the work was finished, the gutter guards were not reinstalled correctly. We contacted the company about this issue on 11/14/2025 and were told multiple times by the technician that they would come out to fix them. Unfortunately, after numerous no-shows, the issue is still unresolved. The lack of follow-through and accountability for a problem caused during their work is disappointing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

  Don’t use these guys. Aggressive young sales guy with a baseball cap and curly hair was rude and wouldn’t get off my porch. SMH

  Let's just say that we had a difficult insurance company. Absolute helped us break through the nightmare with great communication, professionalism, care and determination. Once the job was ready to start, they clearly communicated the steps and what the process would look like. The final results were high quality and we love our new roof - it looks great and we're happy that this was finally resolved. Thanks to everyone that worked with us along the way at Absolute.

  Excellent service by Absolute Roofing. Assessed our roof for hail damage, helped negotiate with insurance company for replacement claim (full replacement), then provided new roof, replacement skylights, and gutter guards. New roof looks great!

  The shining light and superstar at Absolute Roofing is Quincy Redmon. From beginning to end, he was hands-on, very professional, honest, and knowledgeable of the entire procedure. From working and communicating with my insurance company, completing estimates, providing pictures and videos to just offering solid advice and expert information. Quincy represents Absolute Roofing in the most positive Light. I would work with this associate and Josè (roofer) of Absolute Roofing, again. The only downfall was the entire process took longer than I had anticipated. Sadly, it took Slightly over two and a half months. From the moment the wind/storm/hail damage was reported to the moment the roof was completed and final payment made Quincy held my hand through it all. I'm genuinely and wholeheartedly appreciative and very grateful to have chosen Absolute Roofing and specifically to have had the privilege to work with Mr. Quincy Redmon; he is definitely the hard-working, highlight And superstar in this saga of having to replace my entire roof after a horrific storm. I should also take this moment to thank my aunt for recommending this company as they also replaced her roof a few years prior, so they definitely came highly recommended. Thank you, Mr. Quincy Redmon, Josè of Absolute Roofing for coming to my rescue and saving me from what could've been a disastrous headache. ALL LOVE!

  Military Approved! Absolute Roofing Company I highly recommend. I recently had a full roof replacement completed. My insurance company, SAGE Sure, advised me that a full roof replacement was needed. Mr. Quincy Redmon from Absolute Roofing completed my roof inspection with multiple roof inspectors after discovering hail damage. He advocated for us more than my insurance company did. Mr. Redmon went above and beyond and so did the team that came out to replace my roof. A two day roof replacement and a follow up for a second clean up. I just can’t say enough about this Company and Mr. Redmon. Outstanding customer service!
