Witness protection program best describes them. Communication was non existent. I was working with a client who had them put the roof on in 2010. They since sold it and the roof failed an inspection. When contacted they promised to do the repair job. Never answered my call since

Absolute roofing was chosen to replace the roof on our clubhouse here at Bonita Lake RV Resort, they kept postponing the job for weeks finely showed and did the roof a couple of weeks before Irma. A large section was torn up during Irma. They did respond and did a temporary fix then nothing. I have been calling every day twice a day since and was able to leave three voice mails none of which has been responded too. I have giving up emailing as they do not respond to that either. The work they did was great but their customer service by far the worst!! After several weeks they showed up unannounced with a crew and did a final repair of the damaged roof. They get four stars for the work they do, however I stand by my one star for customer service.

I had my roof repaired two weeks ago. They claimed to have spent a full day doing the work. The roof leaks more now than before their repair. I have tried to contact them several times and left voice mail messages. Now their mailbox is full and they do not answer the phone. All of this is very suspicious.

Needed to have 5, 4 inch vents replaced on our roof due to their age/rust. I contacted Absolute, and within the afternoon, we had an estimator visit. It took less than a week to get on their schedule for the repair/replacement and everything was done very efficiently, completing before rain started for the day.
