These roof workers have been on my apartment building for almost 3 weeks now. They start at 7am and just grind and drill above you all day long. it’s impossible to do any at home work because these guys are shouting and scraping the roof constantly. They put a tarp over our only natural source of light for almost 2 weeks now. My whole apartment is dark by 3pm because of this godforsaken tarp. They only took maybe a week on other buildings in the lot but ours has taken almost 3 for some reason. I have filed a complaint with Desert Creek Apartments and requested they never use this service again. Very slow and unprofessional. You have someone wake you up at 7am everyday and then take your natural light as spring starts and see how happy you are.

Mr. McVey, We apologize for any inconveniences that we may have caused, but I can assure you that everything we are doing is consistent with the best practices that our company and your property management company have put into place. Our company was contracted by Desert Creek's property management company in which all hours of operation and best practices have been approved by. A specific timeline was set per building in which we are instructed to complete at the highest level of efficiency to make it as comfortable for tenants as possible. With that being said each building is required to be completed by a certain time depending on the size and difficulty. We apologize as we know that roofing can be very loud and disrupting but oftentimes this is not something we can avoid. The tarp draped over your balcony is there to keep dirt and debris from entering your patio and creating a large mess. We are currently on schedule so everything should be returning to normal soon. We thank you for your understanding.

We apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused, as we know how valuable our customer's time is. Unfortunately our salesman did get caught on a job site and called you one minute past his scheduled appointment time to let you know he would be running 10 minutes late. We do everything possible to make sure we arrive promptly to our appointments and we apologize for our tardiness.

We had our roof replaced only four months ago by this company. We had a leak and they came to fix it under our warranty. They fixed the roof, but when I asked about the roof damage and drywall issues, they said that is not their responsibility. My response was that if you all installed this correctly, none of the damage would have occurred. Long story short, I had to hire another company to help with the damage. I highly recommend any other company. Nice worker though!

They came out to fix 2 candles. We don’t know if they fixed the leaks, because we haven’t had any snow yet. However, they left gaping 1” gaps open around the canales which left them open, and we started getting mice in our walls. When I called them, they put a temporary solution on it (caulking), which will eventually have to be re-fixed by us. My husband is going to fix it in a more permanent way. So, they wouldn’t even fix it the right way.

Thank you for the review as these help us to improve our business and provide a better experience for all our customers. The morning that you called stating you felt there was an issue with your canales we made sure to send someone out within the next few hours to look at and rectify the problem. We determined once we were at the property that the gap was on the interior upper area of the canales (an area that is not typically fixed given the scope of work that was approved). As a courtesy we sealed the gap with a commercial grade sun resistant sealant that is a permanent fix. Our company does not “temporary” fix problems without informing the customer that it is temporary and without offering something more permanent. We do not believe that the area will need to be re-fixed as it was done correctly. If you would like, we are happy to come back out and show you the work that was done and go through it with you in detail to assure you that it was done with the best workmanship possible. Regarding the leaks that were fixed… AAA Roofing Co. guarantees our work and if you happen to have any issues with those same areas leaking again we are happy to come out and fix them. Should you have any issues please call and let us know. We are always happy to come out and look at any areas of concern as we want our customers to have a great experience.

The roofing company never got back to us when I asked them to fix the color of TPO on our roof. They also pierced a air condition line in our attic. Never did the company look at the attic to assess. Company quoted requirements and took no responsibility. Disappointed and continue to tell everyone to use a different company.

Can’t keep appointments. Don’t waste your time.
Reply from the business
Hi Mr. Smith, Our company policy is to contact our customers the morning of the appointment to set an exact time of arrival for the day. This was explained when the initial appointment was set up. You were notified this morning at 8:37am to let you know we would be arriving between 1:30-2:00. You proceeded to speak to my field supervisor and our office staff using inappropriate language. You had also left our office a vulgar message the week before your scheduled appointment stating we didn't show up to an appointment. When we called you back to confirm your appointment was set for March 19th, you said that that message was for a different roofing company. We apologize that we weren't able to assist you in your roofing needs.

Did a great job but forgot to install the vents on the pitched roof. Also found out that they didn't address the flashing around the chimney. I strongly recommend that you give your business to someone else.

Good afternoon! I am glad to hear that we did a great job, but I am sorry if you feel that not everything was done. On the original proposal you had declined the ridge venting option therefore it was not done. After contacting our office regarding this we did send you a supplemental proposal to have this work completed. We had set up a date with you to come out and do this, but you called and cancelled. If you would like us to get this back on the schedule we would be happy to. Thank you very much for your business and please let us know if there is anything that you may need.

We got three estimates for a new TPO roof, and while the pricing was close across the board, choosing Triple AAA Roofing was definitely the right move. The entire process—from the free estimate to final installation—was completely seamless. The crew was fast, respectful of our property, and left the site completely spotless. Most importantly, the new roof looks amazing and NO leaks! We did run into a minor issue with the final bill at the end, but Kevin worked with us to find a fair middle ground. Compromising really proved that they are a reputable, honest, and customer-focused business. Highly recommend!"

5 Stars all the way. I'm rating them on Trust, Reliability, Customer Service, and Quality of Work. AAA Roofing has been there for me through two houses. Honest, reliable, and top notch work. I had to have a 30 year old roof replaced on my previous house after water started pouring into my living room. Then I moved into my current house and right after I moved in, I got a leak in my garage, then my office, and then my master bathroom. I should have had AAA Roofing inspect it before I purchased. A mistake that I won't make again. AAA came out quickly and repaired the leaks and the cost was very reasonable. They didn't try and sell me on a new roof and actually told me this roof should be good for another 10+ years! Shout out to Jeff, Lauren, and Sandro for their exceptional service and to the guys who did an excellent job. It's hard to find good, reliable and trustworthy contractors. I fully stand behind AAA Roofing.

We got quotes from 3 companies. Since we were installing solar after the roof installation AAA was able to work with the solar company Affordable Solar for a spectacular result! The solar looks integrated with the tile roof! Great communication and competitive pricing! 5 star removal of tile, remove and replace underlayment. Fix any damaged decking and replace tile while allowing solar to work around them!
