I would like to rate them higher but I have had several skylights they installed leak through the flashing, some twice. Roof was new in 2017 and should not be leaking. Early on they addressed my concerns for free but now charge pretty hefty fees for any leaks. I have had several homes with new roofs and never leaks till this one. In addition the end caps were not sealed with concrete and I had to install wire fabric to close them off ( not nice looking job)

Had an employee of this company smash my Ford Fusion to bits, almost seriously injuring me back in November of 2021. The man was driving the bosses company truck+ trailer and proceeded to give false insurance information to the police. The officer on scene determined it was his fault as there were multiple witnesses and he merged with no signal. Tried contacting the owner of this business Chuck, and the one time they didn’t hang up on me, A to Z roofing gave me the run around. I ended up having to go through DMV and track down these guys to get the correct info and I am still legally dealing with this. Be weary doing business with these people… they are shady. I can’t imagine the headache if they mess up a repair on your home.

UPDATE to them responding: I would more then happy to find my paperwork from you guys when I bought the house signing over the “roofing job” you guys did. Since you can’t find my file to my so called “roof issue” (that by the way.. you still haven’t fixed... over a year 1/2 later) Never ever call back after the fact the “fixed” my roof. I have called multiple times just to speak with someone with questions and concerns. The owner- Chuck seemed like it was a bother when I wanted him to come out to check the work ‘cause I was told that’s what he does regardless, after every roofing job.

Unfortunately we do not have a client file under your name so I cannot research your said "issue".

Unfortunately sir, we do not know you or of you. If ever we have to miss an appt. we reschedule prior to said appt. or however let the client know IF we are running late. Our appts. are for FREE ESTIMATES and seldomly issues arise where we are unable to be on time.....But we do let the client know, as stated. We also have an answering service for any calls after hours and we do our best to keep 2 people in the office at all times to answer the phones during business hours. I believe you are mistaken.

Chuck is a st augustine local. Enough said. He gave me a fair quote and was not harassing me like some other roofing companies. He also added a ridge vent to keep my house cool in the summer. Cannot recommend A to Z roofing enough! A+
