Respect consent and do not solicit at houses that have obvious no soliciting and no tresspassing signs everywhere. I have you on camera reading this sign, which is one of the 5 I have there, and then choosing to ignore it. Edit: In response to the reply, there is no hail damage on my roof whatsoever. My roof was completely replaced, very recently. "Offering services" is called SOLICITING, which I clearly do not want happening at my house, hence the signs, everywhere, saying exactly that.

We are sorry. Our company is actively roofing in your neighborhood and noticed the hail damage on your roof. They knocked on your door to offer services, sorry for the inconvenience.

Don’t recommend this company. Jordan Wynn came out for a roof/chimney leak detection. I told him I’d already had flashing replaced twice and wanted an opinion. He was confident he knew what …

Thank you for reaching out. We have advised that in order to fix the real issue on your home, we would need to remove the siding to repair correctly. You did not like the price to repair your home properly and you chose the cheaper option. We did not replace your roof and repairs are never guaranteed. You had the issue before we attempted to repair. In order to stop the issue, you will need to call a Masonry or Siding company. We come out as many times as it takes to make the correct repairs. We came out and did a water test and discovered that the leak is not coming from the roof, that your issue is not roof related. When you originally called in for a repair, that you have had this issue and other roofing companies that you had come out, and they also could not do the repair. Again, this is not a roofing issue, it is a chimney or siding issue. Sorry that we were able to help you with that.

I would not use this company. They damaged our fire pit and are not willing to pay for it to be repaired. We started this project late May and they did not finish until the end of July. We had them replace rotted wood on our home and paint. Use another company!!!

The house looks great but the finish up was horrible! Left all brackets to old gutters on the house, used long nails instead of short, so all the nails are showing through the roof about an inch, said they would come back and Shave/saw down …

I'm only the tenant of the property that some decking was replaced & a new roof put on, but the roof looks GREAT & I no longer have any leaks! Yahoo! The roofers were hard at it all day, it began raining about 6 hrs into their work, & they were hurrying along to cover the the roof. I began having a leak through an air vent in the hallway & they had already left. So I called my Landlord to have them hurry back out here & the Foreman, Steve Moseley & crew quickly turned around & came back. Steve Moseley gave me his number, in the event there were any other issues once they'd completed the job. Thankfully they stuck around & once the rain stopped, they were back at it. Steve gave me his number & told me to contact him, if there were any issues after the job was finished. Steve was very polite, informative, & reassuring me, because I live in a Mobilehome & it was very unsettling with all of the noise & vibrations. I had concerns with the probability of holes/cave ins happening in the ceiling & unfortunately it happened in 2 places close together. Here's my complaint, I immediately let them know, which obviously they were aware of, but I had concerns with breathing the insulation & debris & I asked if it was safe for me to breathe? I was told it'd be fine. I was told someone would be back back out the following day to repair the holes. Well I don't understand why those areas weren't temporarily covered, one larger than the other, but obviously insulation fell outta the ceiling all day long & I'm the one that swept up after it. By the end of the day I had a headache & stuffy nose. I'm disabled, but my nerves were shot during the entire process! I also asked at the end of the day, if they'd sweep & or blow off my deck porch & I was told yes. Well they did an amazing job cleaning all of the yard debris & picking up nails, but my deck porch was not swept/blown off. I had told Steve the following day when he called & he was going to work on getting a blower. He called me back

It was seamless and they were lightning fast! About 7 days after the bid the job was done and completed in 1 Day! A small army of workers, each with their own functions got to work at 7:30 am, by 4:30 pm workers were using magnetic sweepers to pick up any nails. This was all 1st class and I am very pleased with the outcome. My house is 2500 sq ft or 42 Squares. The bid was equal to my lowest bid in 2023. I would be happy to talk to anyone interested who has more questions.
