  Hi, I’m truly sorry for the misunderstanding. I was having a difficult time finding the right coating for your tin roof that would hold up after sanding and withstand Colorado’s weather. I was working with my supplier because I wasn’t comfortable recommending a product we were unfamiliar with without doing more research. I also misunderstood your message about needing the quote by Wednesday and thought you meant the next day, when you actually meant the following Wednesday. That was my mistake, and I sincerely apologize. We never intended to waste your time, and we take customer satisfaction very seriously. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and would appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to me directly so we can see what we can do, you were so nice to me and my son i really appreciate it.

  Edgar flat out lied to us said he inspected our property when in fact he never did! Just wasted our time!

  I have used A+Roofing twice with exceptional service. Edgar went above my expectations figuring out disputes with my adjuster. Living up north and having 2 major hail storms I didn’t need to try and find a company. They will always be the company I will contact and refer.

  A+ roofing and exterior Company is very professional and very efficient. I had them replace a 17 year-old shingle roof with high quality weather resistant shingles. Their price was right in line with other estimates. They had the roof installed within a week of the proposal and did excellent work. I will strongly recommend A+ roofing company for customers.
