  I’m very disappointed with the workmanship from this roofing company. The issues had nothing to do with the shingles themselves — the problem was the installation. The crew nailed the shingles far too low, which compromises the integrity of the roof and can significantly shorten its lifespan. Proper nail placement is basic roofing knowledge, so this was extremely concerning. In addition, they reused materials that should have been replaced, which raises further questions about their standards and attention to detail. We had AVI come out 3 separate times and all 3 times they kept stating the issues was NOT theirs but would not give us a straight answer on the real issues until we had to hire another roofing company to repair their work. To add insult to injury , AVI charged us each time they came out ($500). Quality installation is just as important as quality materials, and unfortunately, that standard was not met. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully inspect the work and ask detailed questions before signing off on a project. *** 3/3/26 response to AVI about my review*** We purchased our home in December, and the roof was installed in October — just two months before we took ownership. Within three months of living in the home, the shingles began lifting and coming off. That is not normal wear and tear, and it certainly raises concerns about workmanship. Regarding not being able to find our name — that may be because we purchased the property after the roof was installed. The work would likely be listed under the previous homeowner’s name, not ours. I would encourage you to review your October installations at that address rather than searching only by our name. Both my husband and myself have spoken to your company several times and had 3 different people on separate occasions come to our home. Not once did you mention the error with nailing the roof even though pictures show this poor workmanship. If you would have ins

Additionally, we do not have any record of invoices reflecting repeated $500 charges (or similar) to the same homeowner.   Absolutely horrible work I had to have someone else come out to look at what they did to tell me that it looks like someone who didn't know what they were doing did tbe roof. Between the roof leaking using the wrong materials and coming out several times lying that everything looked good on the roof... until we finally got someone to inspect it .....steer clear

  I did not hire this roofer directly, but my neighbor did. Because we share a roofline, their crew ended up working extensively on my side of the house. Unfortunately, they never knocked on the door or gave any notice before placing a ladder over my teenage daughter’s bedroom window and walking repeatedly across my section of the roof above a room with my anxious dog. The noise and activity caused significant stress, and the lack of communication felt like a violation of our privacy. This is not the first time this has happened. On a previous visit, they set up a ladder outside our other daughter’s window during her nap, which startled and woke her. I understand that shared buildings can present challenges, but basic courtesy would have gone a long way. Even leaving a note would have been enough. If I had known they would be there, I could have made other arrangements for the dog to avoid unnecessary disruption

  I went to Avi roof to get my flat metal cut to be a drip edge. I got pricing on this 5 days before I take the material to AVI Roofing to get the job done. I was in the office paying for the service and this gentleman ask me if I was lost when his workers can not even figer out how to provide customers with the receipt. Mr Denny Chadwick he is the vice president or I don't know who is this man. Maybe I will be a vice president for a company I will teach my people how to do paperwork. SO THE CUSTOM don't have to stay in the office to wait for A INVOCE 45 minutes so he can write a check for a service. Mr Denny Chadwick has no matters regarding other people.

  Called and left a message for 2 different people about getting someone out to look at a Tamko warranty issue. It’s been a week and no one called me back. Thankfully I reached out to other roofers as well who were kind enough to call me back and schedule a time to come out and look.

  Unfortunately, we were part of the Tamko debacle in Castle Rock, but Zach was AMAZING! He made the process of getting our roof replaced, an extremely easy one. From start to finish, Zach was very professional and pleasant to work with. I cannot stress enough, what a rare find this is in a person these days. The Cree for AVI were also very efficient and did a great job cleaning up after everything was installed. Thank you to all!

  AVI replaced our roof due to manufacturer defective shingles. While the shingle issue is not theirs to bear - the involvement to guide homeowners through the claim process is a tremendous value. Zach in particular ensured to explain each step and took care of getting shingles sent in. At roof replacement, Zach and Cara both worked to meet my tight deadline for a house sale. I was shocked how quickly the roof was completed and it looks great! Zach’s great reputation helped get us an immediate inspection date to again keep on timeline. Israel Jr was out early to place the inspection ladders and took extra time to walk the property for any remaining debris from the day prior. Everything was put back in great order. The crews are efficient and polite. I have truly felt like a human being and individual customer rather than just another contract. The price , the guidance, and the genuine customer service are top notch.

  AVI roofing did our main home gutters in 2022. In 2025 we wanted to make a modification and extend/reposition some downspouts - they were so accommodating to what felt like a silly/small project. While they were out they did an inspection on our old, detached flat roof garage. The thing was ancient (3 layers of roofing with orginal tar roofing). It needed caps (we were having moisture get inbetween the brick layers), it didnt have a OSB layer (so you could see the underside of the roofing in the garage between wood slats). Overall the garage needed some major work - it wasn't a basic roof repair. AVI roofing went above and beyond to replacing/fixing this. We had multiple hiccups along the way but Jake at AVI was really transparent and made sure I was taken care of until the project was truly done.
