  Hey Ray, first off we are very sorry to hear you are frustrated with your experience. It is obviously not the typical feedback we receive. Our understanding of your frustration and situation is that you had a window that stopped working due to a hardware issue roughly a year after your installation had been completed. We were notified of the situation and after visiting your home it was determined that the issue was a manufacture defect with the window and would be covered as part of the manufacture warranty through Alside. We assisted you in filing the warranty claim with Alside in July. Alside promised to handle the warranty request but quoted 12 weeks to complete the request. We contacted Alside again this week and they said they could get this handled for you in 5-6 weeks so we hope you know we are doing everything we can to push this along. We understand that the long lead time to handle the warranty request is frustrating. Our team takes accountability for the delay since it was our team that sold you the Alside project to begin with, however we hope you can understand that we are also frustrated with the situation and unfortunately much of it is out of our control at this point since it is Alside who is handling the warranty issue. Alside has also assured us that they will keep regular communication with you. However, after speaking with our office team I believe we could do a better job of regularly reaching out to Alside to keeping in communication with you. We will be changing some of our processes moving forward to make sure if this ever happens again we keep our customers better informed regarding the manufacture warranty process. If there are any other outstanding issues or items that need to be addressed besides the issue with window hardware, please contact our office at 303-377-2801. Otherwise we will continue to do what we can to push Alside to get this resolved for you.

  Process was a struggle. What should have been a 1 week job took 3. Not big enough crew and limited supervision led to sloppy work. They tried to make things right in the end but when you hire what you thought was a 5 star company it shouldn't have been that hard

  Shady business practices!These guys had my parents sign a contract for roof repair thru their insurance company after the hail storm in Cheyenne on the 1st, fine. What isn’t acceptable or fine is the fact that they are not even licensed to do business in Wyoming! I confirmed this with the building department as well. Buyer beware- we will be revoking our contract per our attorney.

However, we also want to acknowledge that when you wrote this review our license was still pending final approval from the building department.   My house and many others near me have no soliciting signs. They came anyway. No chance I'm hiring a company that doesn't honor homeowner wishes or doesn't train their folks on how to respect these wishes.

  GARBAGE COMPANY! i would recommend going with someone else, really anyone you find on the street would be great at doing a roof. The guys they had (enzo) spoke no english or spanish and was rude to my wife and i. What a terrible company to have on your project!! Save yourself the trouble and go with anyone else!!

  You dont get what you pay for, leverage someone else to do the work. Average work quality, high pricing and they take an EXCEPTIONALLY long time to complete the work. They also struggle with communication. Used these guys for a hail repair from may of 2023. It is currently the end of Feb of 2025 (nearly 2 years and counting) and the work still is incomplete. They did a roof repair relatively quickly. I also needed 2 windows replaced and an exterior repaint. The windows were replaced somewhere around a year later and Im currently still waiting for paint. They applied paint samples to my garage (HOA requirement) months ago and it was supposed to be done late last year. I ended up cancelling the remaining work with them and will be going with another provider. It is rare they are able to accept or return a phone call and will take numerous tries to connect with them. Often times, the voice mailbox is full, so youll find yourself using a combination of email, text, and phone calls trying to get a hold of someone. I was supposed to get a screen for one of the windows which is still missing. They were also supposed to do a small window frame repair that never happened. This is why Im classifying the quality of their work as "average"

  Just wanted to share my experience with Rocky Mountain Exteriors. I can honestly say that Heath was absolutely amazing to work with, he guided me through the process and made it seamless for a novice like myself. The new roof looks great!   Great service & work with a fair price! I had a house painting project from new a/c that identified some rotten siding. The sales rep, Connor, helped identify the partial siding project. The implementation coordinators, Scott & Mason, along with their teams completed the project in a timely manner and with high standards. I will definitely call Rocky Mountain Exteriors for my next house project.

  We had a great experience with Rocky Mountain Exteriors. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received, and once the project started, the work moved along in a timely manner. The biggest challenge was our bay window, which had significant rot and issues caused by poor workmanship from a previous owner. Rather than taking shortcuts, the crew spent a lot of time repairing and rebuilding the area correctly. The amount of care and attention they put into fixing the underlying problems was impressive, and the finished result looks great. Communication was excellent throughout the project. They were always responsive to questions and concerns by both phone and text, which made the process easy and stress-free. Conner provided the initial quote, and Mason did a great job following up and seeing the project through to completion. We originally found Rocky Mountain Exteriors through a recommendation from a neighbor, and we're glad we did. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior work, woodworking, and painting at a fair price.

  The Team of Rocky Mountain Exteriors (RME) did an exceptional job from top to bottom. Starting with the initial assessor providing an accurate price quote and no surprise change orders from start to finish. RME's company structure was impressive, each phase of the project included a specialized crew of competent tradesmen to include a QA/QC supervisor over each crew and a project supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the job. As a 23 year long homeowner of an early 80's constructed home, this was the smoothest large-scale home improvement project I've ever experienced due to the company's structure and its team of professionals.
