  I haven't hired this service and I will not. I have a giant very clear sign that says NO SOLICITING on my front door. I have camera footage of this person reading the sign, leaving flyers anyway, and coming back MULTIPLE times. If you can't respect the homeowners wishes to be left alone why would I hire you to work on my house?

  Endurance Roofing put a new roof on our house last year and although I think the work they did is acceptable, the customer service is disappointing. While at work, I get a notification from our security camera that a man in a hoodie and an unmarked truck is setting up a ladder to my house without knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. (3 months after the initial installation.) After talking to him I call Endurance Roofing because I’m upset about the lack of communication and the trespassing and I’m not even offered an apology. Instead I hear excuses from a confrontational receptionist. I’m not at all impressed with the customer service.

  Would give them zero stars if I could. Apparently they are unable to read our English sign saying No Soliciting.

  Sorry for the inconvenience, we work majority by appointment only. However, we do hire college students that are home for the summer to do some canvassing for us.   10/10 do not recommend. Their contract is incredibly rigid and their communication is absolutely terrible. After our first meeting it took 2 months and attempting to get out of my contract for them to begin any negotiations with my insurance for supplements. They invoiced me incorrectly more than once and it took weeks of communication to get the amount correct. Only after I corrected their invoice did they finish their job and continue communication with insurance to capture the depreciation on my roof. They gave me bad information on multiple occasions about timelines and inspection dates, and never did the communication come proactively. It took them from July until March to get my roof done, inspected, and paid. If you want a timely roof, don’t hire. If you like clear and transparent communication with your contractor, don’t hire. This is how they treated a referral from the owner’s cousin, never again would I do business with Endurance Roofing.

  Hello, Mike here. Let me start off by saying that over 1,000,000 homes in Colorado were damaged from the hail storms we had last year. With that being said I regret that you were unable to get the white glove service that we are usually able to give to our customers. With material shortages, waiting on insurance companies to respond and pay appropriately, it did take longer than usual to get your project completed. I would like to note that we did give you at least 2 calls per month to update you on the progress from start to finish. I would disagree that our communication is "absolutely terrible". Our communications and attempts are all time and date stamped on our digital call logs to verify this. I could send you copy of that along with our phone records if you'd like? However, It is also my responsibility to let the public know of everything that you left out of your negative review. For instance, I did call to apologize for the clerical errors that were made by my staff and even issued you a credit of $1614.66 for the inconvenience. On top of that we gave you a free upgrade and replaced all of your gutters when the insurance only paid to detach and reset your existing gutters. Also, you forgot to mention that you hired another roofing company to come out and inspect our work and their report stated that we did an overall excellent job on your roof. We also have the digital copy of that report to share. Lastly (and what I feel is most important), let's discuss the reason why you had us come out to your home in the first place. Do you recall that you were noticing leaks in your home and you thought that you just needed a repair? It was Endurance that discovered that you had hail damage. Endurance met with your adjuster and fought to get the approval that we felt you deserved. So thank you for taking the time to bash our family owned small business publicly. This only helps people see that we are just humans but do the best we can to rectify our short coming

  Tisha is a very unprofessional individual, we were getting ready to have Endurance come replace our roof but I was not involved in the process much because I travel for work. I asked her for a rundown of what was going on, but it took to much out of her day from sending middle school level emails to explain. I guess generally spouses are supposed to communicate which was her response but with someone who knocks on doors and chases storms for a living I wouldn't expect anything different than her ghetto childish opinion on communication in my marriage

  They did a great job completing the job in 1 day but they left debris in our yard and we haven’t been able to get our final roof inspection for over 2 months. We have been contacting them frequently and they are not actively working to complete the job with the town so we can get our solar panels back on. Other neighbors shingled after us and have panels back on. Would not recommend due to lack of customer service.

  Hello, We just wanted to clarify that the inspection was completed by the city the same week that the roof was completed. We are sorry that the inspection card was either blown away from the door or removed but the inspection was completed.   I had a very small roof repair that Jose and Justin took care of immediately. Beginning with the first call with Tiffany to the finished product, these folks are the best for customer service, price, communication and delivering results. I've already sent them a request for more work!!

  Jose was my general contractor for installing plumbing and electrical for a washer/dryer. He was very communicative and pulled together a team to complete the job in a timely manner! Would recommend.

  I recently hired Endurance to paint the exterior of my home and it turned out beautiful. Joe communicated with me every step of the way. They even pointed out areas where wood needed to be replaced because it was in bad shape. He sent tons of pictures to show me how bad it was. Joe gave me a quote to do the repairs and they replaced the bad areas. I would recommend Endurance to anyone who wants to work with an honest and professional company. I am very happy with the final results!

  I contacted Endurance General Contracting for an inspection and repair of a leak in my roof. Endurance inspected, identified and repaired the issue within 48 hours of my contact. I worked with Todd Legge through the process. The process was efficient, professional and seamless. From repair to billing, everything was smooth. I highly recommend Endurance General Contracting.

  Jose led a solid group through the project to an outstanding completed project! Jodi handled work on site alongside me. Both gentlemen were consummate professionals throughout the project despite a mistake on my part and delays due to shipping delays. Highly recommended!

  I recently hired Endurance Roofing to complete a roof replacement on my home in Littleton, and they exceeded all expectations. We were on a tight deadline because we needed the roof finished quickly for the sale of our home, and they absolutely delivered. The entire team did a fantastic job—they were super fast, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish.   We had some fiber cement siding delaminate on our second story due to water damage. I dealt with Jose Guzman at Endurance and his professionalism was great. The time from my first contact with Jose thru to the work being performed was less than a week. Workmanship looks great.

  I am writing this review for my friend, Nancy Paulie, as she is disabled & unable to do this on her own. Nancy thought the 2 guys, Todd & Brayden, who gave her the estimate & followed up until the roof was completed, had very good manners & were so respectful. She was very happy with the guys who did her prep work for the roof. She also told me the guys who worked on the roof were very polite, efficient and professional. So many people have done work for her & she commented they don't clean up when they finish the job. She also told her brother & cousin about them in case they need new roofs or other home repairs.
