  We needed our roof checked out before a sale. Red Diamond agreed to come out and take a look. While 3 other roofers spent almost 45 minutes each inspecting my roof, Red Diamond was off in 15. The rep asked if he could come inside. We have a newborn who doesn't have all her shots, so we like to keep strangers away. I ignored him and continued the conversation outdoors. He didn't have any information for me (specifics on damage, etc), but did want to discuss how we could get the right insurance adjuster to say our damage was hail. Every other roofer on the roof thought it was a manufacturing defect in the tiles. Then the rep asked again if he could come into our house. "We are not set up for visitors" I told him firmly. "That's OK, I'll take off my shoes!" he said as he forced his way into our home. He had a trainee there, who looked mortified with embarrassment at the reps behavior. He then walked himself into our kitchen to set up shop on our table, mere feet from where my wife was feeding our daughter. Then the rep proceeded to go through a package of information, demonstrating Red Diamond's online ratings. I stood there glowering, "I'm on the clock". The rep didn't care. He proceeded to READ a contract to me. I told him i am not comfortable signing anything, I haven't even seen an estimate! Well, they don't provide an estimate until insurance is involved. None of this was described to me during scheduling. Completely unprofessional, high pressure sales technique who trespassed into my house without my permission. Would never call again.

  Communication with my project manager has been poor, crew left cigarette packs and soda cans all over the yard, plus a few spots that need touch up on the roof. They have taken on too much work with the summer's hail storms and their work is suffering because of it.

  Came by my house. Were extremely rude. Spoke condescendingly. Ultimately refused their service. Poor communication; terrible people.

  Mathew Wright and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. Very diligent and responsive, handled everything from insurance claim, payment, troubleshooting some pending things like a missing flash like true professionals. Recommend them 100%!

  Red Diamond Roofing did an incredible job replacing my roof and I am completely satisfied with the quality of the materials, installation and hands on service. Project Manager, Tyler Calomino was invaluable from our first contact to the completion of the project. He worked diligently with our insurance company and was instrumental in getting the adjuster to approve the hail damage to our roof. Tyler also had to intervene a second time and convince the adjuster to approve additional expenditures that were initially denied. If you’re having problems getting your insurance company to approve hail damage, Red Diamond is the only company you need to call. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors. Can’t thank they enough, especially Tyler…he is very knowledgeable, professional, and quickly responded to my many questions and concerns.

  I've worked with many roofing contractors personally and professionally over the years, and Red Diamond Roofing and the team working with Project Manager, Mathew Wright, has provided some of the most professional, high quality work I've seen. They truly embody the values of integrity, responsibility and craftsmanship. Mathew and his oustanding team take great pride in their work, and deserve the highest accolades. Mathew and his team has replaced the the roof on my primary residence in South Park Hill as well as that of a rental property we own in North Park Hill. Our historic property in South Park Hill included the primary house roof, as well as our 920 square foot carriage house roof. The North PH house is also historic but a single story bungalow. Despite the presence of older, prexisting damage to the roofing, Mathew was able to negotiate with our claims agent for a comprehensive and thorough roof repair for all three roofs. Mathew walked with the adjuster and showed him all the roof damage (both the old and new). He was able to skillfully bolster the argument for approval of a total roof replacement, and he also advocated for other necessary upgrades, including new decking, a high quality synthetic underlayment, and importantly, the Class 4 Impact Resistant Shingles, at no additional cost. The main roof on the South PH property had complex framing with hips, valleys, and dormers, as well numerous penetrations, and multiple chimneys. These required exact and intricate cuts to align everything properly. The total roof tear-off and replacement exposed a number of hidden issues with framing, decking, and water damage. All existing issues were addressed and repaired with attention to current codes and skilled craftmanship as mentioned. Mathew facilitated all the communications between the insurance company and ourselves, and coordinated the entire process on site to make the project both positive and seamless.

  Wish that 10 stars could be given. Throughout the entire process, they were communicative and walked through each scenario. To top it off, we had a leak issue and Red Diamond came out, in a snow storm, and determined where the leak was coming from. The leak was not even a roofing problem and they still fixed the issue until we could get a professional to fix the leak. Would highly recommend Red Diamond!

  Mathew Wright was our project manager & he was great to work with from start to finish. He's extremely conversant with his products & the process. He monitors & informs every step of the way...working closely with our insurance company as well.
