  Their rep showed up on time but spent a total of 5 minutes standing on a ladder inspecting one small area of my roof. Came down and rambled on a bit about what the problem may be but needed to get their "expert" to check it. Two weeks later and no response. I have called A-1 and told them they will not get my business and why.

  I am having the hardest time with this company. I have been calling for months, inspections with no follow up. I can’t get anyone to call me. I have been so polite and this company is trying to run out my warranty before confirming if these issues I am having are theirs. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General, BBB, and FTC. Really sad, as a new home owner I was looking forward to establishing a relationship with a local family owned business. There is no excite for their lack of actions and responsiveness.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Not only was my roof done almost 2 months after I was told but the reason for it being late was that mike shares a crew with the owner and the jobs that the owner bids have to get done first? Terrible business practice. Workers left hot sauce wrappers all over my driveway and broke the gutter off the side of my home. They tried to cover up the damage by using deck screws to put it back on. When I asked mike to replace the gutter (2 months ago now) he said he would send a guy out. Well here I am 2 months later with a dented and broken gutter dripping water. I’m not sure who does a good job roofing around here but it is not these guys.

  The work they did was ok but did not complete the job. Did not inform us when they were finished and just left. When we contacted them to confront the issue they never responded. I do not recommend.

  We’ve been using A1 roofing for several years now at all of our construction sites. Shane and his crews have been great to work with on all of our projects. We appreciate their professionalism in several areas: Timelines, cleanliness, consistency, quality of work and willingness to handle any issues that arise. I would highly recommend them to other builders and homeowners alike. The last thing I would say is that construction can be challenging at times. Finding a company that is friendly and cares about the product they put out to their customers on a consistent basis is refreshing and appreciated.

  A-1 roofing Trent, George and their crew were amazing. They came and installed my roof in a day. Their team was so organized and ran like a well oiled machine. They had constant progress reports and made sure to address any issues I had or they found. I have so much peace knowing not only do I have a quality product but it was installed professionally.   A1 roofing recently repaired some faulty shingles on my roof. Service was fast and friendly, they even cut my charges down because the problem was not as complicated as originally thought. I would recommend to anyone!

  These guys put our new roof up in a day flat on one of the hottest days of the year and left our front patio cleaner than it was before they started! They had to move all the shingles by hand as well because our home isn't accessible from the road easily. They are one heck of a good crew. Thanks again A-1 Roofing! Edit: 4 years down the line, we learned that one of our attic vent fans hadn't been reconnected after the roof was rebuilt. Called em up and Shane came out the next day after we learned of this. He had his crew come the next day to reconnect these vent fans for us free of charge! Seriously impressed with that level of customer service. A1 Roofing rules!
