  We had a bad and unprofessional experience with 916 Roofing. They brought in a crew to re-roof, and that part was fine. But we also had a skylight done and as confirmed by the contractor who did remedial work, the framing was incorrect with a 40" span of unsupported plywood, incorrect method of building the curb, and the skylight was misaligned so that we couldn't sheet rock it. This was all after we had to insist on getting them to redo the flashing to professional standards because it leaked on first rainfall due to incorrect roof penetrations (their initial remedy was just caulking). Despite multiple polite requests to remedy their work, they refused to answer communications after the initial flashing remediation.

  Terrific experience overall. The roof is beautiful and done expertly and quickly. Lyn is terrific at coordinating and making sure project is seen through to completion. Very very friendly.

  Joe and 916Roofing were amazing! I have a 3 story Victorian and there suddenly was a leak. Joe brought up his ladder and found that the wind had blown the access door open, letting rain water flow right into the attic. I’m so grateful that Joe and 916Roofing were able to come by so quickly and help me identify and fix the problem. Thanks Joe!

  So so pleased with 916roofing. They answered their phone. Came out to check my leak immediately. Were kind, polite, clean and communicated well so i could give my renters a heads-up. Even cleaned up after a different roofer I’d had out to bid the job. They put up temporary leak protection during a storm. And promptly took care of repairing the roof. Super happy to work with and recommend these guys. Much, much better than the other 5 roofers I contacted to repair this leak.

  I feel so lucky to have found Joe at 916 Roofing. Not only was he the lowest bid received for a complete tear-down and replacement but he was a real pleasure to work with. Joe went far above what I had expected. He is dependable, a perfectionist and has careful attention to detail. I HIGHLY recommend 916 Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

  This winter a tree fell on the back of our house after looking around for someone to do the repair. We went with 916 roofing and they did an outstanding job. They were able to repair the damage in a single day! Probably one of the better experiences I’ve had getting our home repaired! Thank you Joe!
