I noticed my negative review has not been added. Our next door neighbor who had your service at the same time as ours has 3 leaks in his roof which were not noted by your serviceman. Do you only publish the good reviews and ignore the negative ones/

Hello Doris - I just saw your review. I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your treatment. We never delete reviews, so I do not know why you original review is not listed. As for your neighbor without his name I am not able to pull his file. I would say we would have been unaware of his leaks, otherwise we would not have treated his roof. I will look through our records to find his file. Monica

This was great! They took a video of my roof & showed me what needed to be done. We made the appointment, they were here on time, did the job as stated in just a couple of hours. Very, very nice people, answered all my questions & professional. I can't afford a new roof (ever) so this should help keep it in good condition for a while - especially with the El Nino expected this winter. Thank you so much Roof Max.

My first interaction with Richard was a couple of years ago on a rental property I had. Richard came out and took a look and then declined the job, saying the deterioration of the roof was beyond what his treatment could work with. He …

Google Review I first learned about Roof Maxx after seeing their van and the information on it, so I decided to give Richard a call. We set up an appointment, and they treated my roof on December 15, 2020. It turned out to be a great alternative to a costly roof replacement and really helped extend the life of my roof. Now, about five years later, I’m preparing to sell my house and want to check the condition of the roof again. Richard came out on March 5 to take another look and confirmed that the roof still qualifies for a second Roof Maxx treatment. At the moment, I’m focusing on taking care of my parents, so I’m not in a position to move forward with the treatment myself. However, knowing the roof still qualifies gave me a great option for the home sale. Instead of replacing the roof, we will be able to credit the buyer with a Roof Maxx treatment, so the new owner can have it treated again and continue extending the life of the roof. Richard has been great to work with—professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate that Roof Maxx provides a cost-effective alternative to roof replacement while still helping homeowners protect their investment. I would definitely recommend Roof Maxx to anyone looking for a practical way to extend the life of their roof.
