  I do not appreciate how pushy this company’s sales tactics are, and after researching things they said and consulting other companies it turns out I was lied to about the integrity of my type of roof. They seemed to decide I needed a whole new roof before even looking at anything and scheduled more meetings without my go ahead. Their diagnosis and pricing were way off compared to other reputable companies I consulted and overall they felt scammy.

  These folks may be great to hire but as a neighbor of a house being worked on, my first impression is horrible. I understand the need to start before 8am on hot days, but is it necessary to sing and yell at the top of your lung with your favorite song? NO. Not professional or courteous.

  Ummmm…. These guys can’t park a truck don’t know that I’d trust them with my house. Literally parked so close to my car that I couldn’t get into my car without crawling across from the passenger seat. (Yes my car was parked inside my spot, this truck was halfway in mine.

  I have an older building in Midtown Sacramento. The team did a fantastic job re-roofing it. They were always kind and courteous on time and did a fantastic job. I feel very secure, being set for the next 30 years with my new roof.

  Kyle came out to look at a gutter that pulled away from my house. He was on time, kept me updated on status, and was able to repair the gutter on the same day. I would highly recommend Straight Line Roofing.

  Adrian was our estimator and walked us through the process. We had five contractors look at our roofing project. Adrian was the only evaluator who found structural damage in our attic. Had we put a new roof on without that repair, our new roof would have been severely compromised. Straight Line was far from the cheapest estimate, but the way Adrian evaluated for two hours and prepared a comprehensive plan, showing us pictures and telling us the how and why of things, made me very confident selecting Straight Line for our roof and gutter replacement. Adrian had an answer for every question and was responsive quickly via text. The fact that Straight Line is a Christian-owned company also made me even more confident about their integrity and honesty.

  For the most part, my roof leaks were fixed, i hope, havent been through the rainy season yet, and all was fine. The guys were good, the only part i wasnt fond about was that i paid to have the roof repaired and any broken roof tiles replaced. Most were replaced and quite a few didnt match and were smooth and place on the backside. But when they had finished i later noticed a bunch of chipped tiles. Little chips. But still chipped. I was busy at work and called but never got a call back. I later bought some new ones and changed them out myself. I wish i didnt have to do that i didnt feel like messing with them. Ill show photos below, just a few.

  I had soffits replaced on my front and back porches. Also, under my back patio. From estimating to finish Straight Line Roofing & Construction was the best. Great crew. Friendly and professional. I would recommend them for any roofing or construction project.

  Straight Line Roofing has been a pleasure to work with! They put on my new roof, and then when a defective heater/ac had to be taken off and replaced, they were prompt to come back out and fix the area around the heater/ac that got damaged. JJ was very nice and polite, and professional! I highly recommend Straight Line Roofing!

  Straightline installed retro windows and new construction windows/siding on our house. The crew foreman for our job, Omar, did a great job with the work and communication with us. They were on time, professional, and by far the best contractor experience we’ve had. Highly recommend Straightline for your windows and siding needs.

  Daniel who did the gutter was great! Good communication and hopefully it will work well when it rains. JJ added the insulation inside my garage and he also did an amazing job and kept me on the loop at every step. Very pleased with both of these employees!!
