I would leave 0 stars if possible. These are by far the rudest employees I have ever encountered. They cut you off in the parking lot of the market and then talk over you while you are ordering with the employees working there... this isnt even their place of business and they are fine with making the experience uncomfortable for everyone else. They even park in double parking spaces to fill up the lot. Today they showed up to do work on the neighbors house and by 6 am they are yelling at each other and throwing ladders out of the truck which leave a ringing "BANG" throughout the neighborhood. It was so loud it scared me awake from a dead sleep. This just shows once again how little they care about their image and how little they care about anyone but themselves. I understand that contractors start early but what happened to respecting others? I have never had contractors throwing materials and screaming at each other at 6 am and if this is how you conduct business then others should know so they make a real educated decision. You won't make friends with your neighbor's using these guys!

After initial contact... Never received a call back to schedule an estimate. This was our 2nd attempt to have to have MEC out to provide an estimate. Tried a couple of months ago and then again this week. I have heard good things about their work but apparently they are too busy.

Hi Angelia. I am the one who answers and returns all calls and one of the owners. I actually tried calling you back twice yesterday and your phone just rang and rang. What can I help you with?

Don’t waste your time, promises they will take care of you and then never shows up, doesn’t call and doesn’t follow thru. Owner is very rude and unprofessional!

Wouldn't give me a quote because " they don't do repairs" I contacted them first because they had great ratings. Well I am disappointed. I have insurance money and an adjusters estimate from my insurance all ready to go. It's holes from tree branches and leaking into the attic.

I apologize that our services didn't meet your needs. We are currently only doing re-roofs as I had said in our communication. Repairs are only something we do seasonally and as we head into our busy season, we are at capacity. The last thing we want to do is leave people hanging on something we won't be able to deliver on. We strive to provide excellent customer service and help where we can, which is why I referred you to someone who could help you.

These guys are efficient, experienced and fast. I couldn’t believe it when they said it would be finished in a day, but it was and they cleaned up incredibly well. I highly recommend them.

MEC Roofing Deserves 10 stars From beginning to end, they did a fantastic job and their crew was a pleasure to have on site; their workmanship is truly top-notch, even the roof inspector commented on an excellent job. My husband and I would highly recommend them. Thank you MEC!

MEC saved my husband and I a lot of money (like !0K) versus our other estimates. Jeff (our initial MEC contact) was helpful and straightforward. The roof replacement went exactly as proposed. MEC came in on budget with no hidden expenses. The project was completed within one day as estimated, and the clean up was immaculate. We did not have gutters as part of our project, but they fixed one of our gutters without charge. We are really glad we got a local recommendation. We definitely got the hometown treatment! We got a walk through the day of the completion and also a follow up phone call the next day to make sure all our questions and concerns had been answered. Thank you, MEC. We love our new roof. As my husband says, "Bring on the wet weather. We're Ready."

We had observed MEC put new roofs on a couple of our neighbors' homes last year and were really impressed with how efficient they were. So we contracted MEC to do ours too, and true to form, the team were able to replace our roof and rain gutters in one day! The installation team was really impressive - they had their processes down and didn't waste a minute. MEC has a good selection of Owens Corning shingles, and the bid was price competitive. The sales staff were great and accommodated our special requests. The work itself was excellent, and they left our property as clean as a whistle. We highly recommend MEC!

I’ll share your compliments with our installation and sales crews — they take pride in efficiency, product selection, and leaving sites spotless. Thank you for recommending MEC; we’re here for any future needs.
