  they were so nice when they showed up at my door. they did an inspection got the insurance clam going. then they vanished like they never existed. i called - i texted - i e-mailed never got any kind of response. glad i didn't pay them anything.cuz really if you didn't want to do the job you should have just said so

  Hi Marilee, I tried to reach out and explain that operations just went over to some new software that goes through a system so it can be documented and be overlooked to make sure all clients are getting proper service and response times via text and phone. Unfortunately it was not set up right and was the new operations managers desire. I like my cell phone and texts to be straight to and from my customers, but I let him try a new system and obviously didn't work. We did get your roof approved for you... A full approval due to our software and coding department that talks to insurance in the proper manner, but completely understand your frustration. We have since dumped that software and I have taken back over operations. I'm truly sorry about this and take responsibility. As I let you know, with the company you chose, if you have any questions or concerns, I'm hear to help as a simple advocate, nothing more then just be of help.   Takes Advantage of the Elderly! This company is horrible! They sent a guy out for the estimate and he explained everything to be done. That guy ended not working there after 1 week of giving them the money. They subbed out the work to unqualified workers (They apparently fired all of their old worker) while my mothers house was torn apart. The new workers didn’t do what was originally promised. Work is really low quality and not as promised for $75,000 509 roofs called and tried intimidating her (71 year old lady) Now he won’t answer her calls, texts, or emails. They promised leaf guard for gutters. Front trim is not straight. Gutter drains into electrical box. Roof sticks up on the end. Look around the meter. They blame the subs that they hired. But won’t give paperwork or receipts for anything!! They are Liars. She is not happy. He scared her and told her he was done, when the job isn’t complete. Her review to come after legal advice.

  Hey Shane.. Dont think any of us met you. Your Mother was very Happy with her roof and siding in which we went above and beyond for. We have documents to refer to. Other contractors shared the same input. We threw in gutters and gutter guards as well. Im sorry youre going out of Your way to make such a statement. Please reach out and happy to share everyone's experience which is documented.

  My roof seems to be okay but other services promised were not done right and left unfinished.

You hired one our guys to do other work on the weekends, which was between You and him. You were overly pleased with your roof but unfortunately whatever side worked did was between You two. We have since put a policy in place no side work if customer asks. This wasn't disclosed to us and we would have not allowed. at anyrate, we hope you are well.   Stephen was knowledgeable and worked exceptionally quickly. This is the third knife sharpening place I’ve tried and easily the best and fastest service. Thanks Stephen. The knives are sharp.

  Mike Evans was awesome. He kept me updated. I have several years experience in roofing. So I checked out the roof after it was done. They did an awesome job. I only had to pay the deductible. Great price for the roof. Thank you.

  We can all make money doing something, but its clients like you that make our work fulfilling and excited to do what we do and get it done. Not a promise to get approved but will do all we can to. We are at 92% approvals for claims open this year and that feels good and makes this work fun. Knowing that people that have paid for insurance all that time but get swept into the cracks when it comes to them getting a claim covered. Unbelievable the amount they deny with a smile and find some BS reason. Loved working with You and getting You taken care of!   Everyone was friendly, professional and so helpful. 509 took care of all the insurance claim. We didn’t have to do anything. Very pleased with the roof. Looks beautiful.

  Mike and team did a great job with some repairs I needed for my roof. We may be moving next year but if we don't we will have them at top of our list for our next roof replacement

  We had a great experience with 509 Roofs. From start to finish the entire team was professional and easy to work with. Alex was great, friendly and helpful, and the project manager kept me informed every step of the way, from color options of shingles to providing status updates during the tear down and install days. The crew did an excellent job and left everything clean when they were done. We are so happy with the result and would highly recommend 509 Roofs to anyone needing roofing work.

  509 is the place that RESPONDS... I had a small job and called multiple companies. 509 was the first to actually answer the phone. All other companies it went to a voicemail. So, I went to 509 and they cheerfully took care of me. Thank you for GREAT SERVICE! I know where I'm coming for future jobs.
