  Hello Billi, I am sorry to hear about your frustrations with the window manufacturer. Our warranty is a workmanship warranty (as stated on the contract). We also assist with product warranty claims the best that we can. If the manufacturer is not in business, it makes it impossible to get them to honor their warranties. We have no control of what the manufacturer will cover under their warranty or control of the high winds that blew the neighbors trampoline in to the window. Your neighbor is responsible for their negligence of not securing down the trampoline. As stated on the contract you signed "WINDOW DEPOT USA IS NOT A MANUFACTURER OF HOME IMPROVEMENT PRODUCTS. ALL WINDOW DEPOT USA PRODUCTS CARRY THEIR OWN PRODUCT WARRANTIES, SUPPORTED SOLEY BY THE MANUFACTURER". Also Stated in the contract: "General Limitations and Exclusions 1. Acts of God (hurricanes, tornadoes, flood, gale force winds, etc…) acts of war, riots, fire, stress resulting from localized heat, modification, acts of war, terrorism and vandalism are not covered by this warranty." The price to replace the glass was a very fair, and heavily discounted price and should have been reimbursed to you by your neighbor or their insurance company. If you have any issues with the workmanship of the glass replacement, or any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Again, we are sorry for your frustrations.

  We were very pleased with the whole roof replacement process. The estimate was thorough and reasonable, quick scheduling, great communication through the entire process and work was done well and efficiently. Highly recommend!

  Dylan took out a non working swamp cooler from the north side of my house and then replaced it with a Stained Glass window. We had to custom order due to the small size. VERY HAPPY with the final result!!!
