  I contacted this company to complet a roofing project at my parents' home approximately two years ago. At the time, I worked with Sandy and the owner, and the roof installation and inspection proceeded smoothly. However, since the completion of the project, a strong, persistent tar and petroleum odor has permeated the house. While I understand that new roofing can have a temporary smell, this odor has not dissipated after more than two years and remains as strong as the first day. This ongoing issue has significantly impacted the living conditions of my parents and myself. I previously contacted your company about this matter but unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed.

Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, and in this case, the roofing project was completed to professional standards with no issues reported at the time or during final inspection. Regarding your concern about odor inside the home, roofing work is performed entirely on the exterior of the property, and there is no known or documented process by which a properly installed roof would cause a persistent indoor smell for years after completion. Any odor present two years after installation would be unrelated to the roofing materials we used, as all approved materials meet strict building and safety standards and any temporary scent typically dissipates within days or weeks. We always take customer concerns seriously, but in this situation there is no evidence linking your indoor air quality issue to the roofing work performed. We would recommend having an indoor air quality specialist inspect the home to identify the actual source.   NEVER SHOWED UP! I had called them and spent my time on the phone with her, booked an appointment - both my husband and I stayed home expecting her to show up, and nothing! No show, no telephone call, no text, nothing. TOTALLY unprofessional. I would NEVER use or recommend them. If they can't show up for a scheduled appointment, how can I expect any other level of professional work or follow-up from them?!

  Called for a leak found in master bedroom on the ceiling. 4 seasons was able to locate the leak on the floor above, repair it, and then fix the ceiling (both texture and paint). Looks brand new. Couldn’t be happier. They had great communication and kept to the set schedule. I highly recommend using them.

  Very responsive, affordable and reliable company, Carlos is very professional, within a week I had permits pulled and a new roof. He also recommended a different color of shingles, my roof looks very nice, I’m very happy and clearly recommend his work.

  Start to finish, Jay Luna, was hands-on, and onsite while his team worked on my roof. His team cleaned up daily , every scrap. His communication was always good and we knew what to expect. The owner, Carlos ZUIR, also stopped by and cleared up any problems. Thank you again !

  4 Seasons Roofing was recommended to us by a professional contractor that I know to be an absolute perfectionist; he spoke VERY highly of their work. We found our experience to be the same. From initial contact with their representative, to final sign off of the job by the county inspector, 4 Seasons was timely, professional, and always better over backwards to ensure were completely satisfied.
