Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We always knew what was happening, when the materials and crew would arrive, and what to expect during the roof replacement. The crew worked hard, paid attention to the details, and did an excellent job cleaning up the property when they were finished.

Johnny, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! We know a roof replacement is a major project, so keeping you informed about material delivery, crew arrival, the installation process, and what to expect each day was very important to us. We’re proud that our roofing crew’s hard work, attention to detail, and cleanup stood out to you. When we finish a project, we want the property to look like we were never there—except for the beautiful new roof. It was a pleasure completing your roof replacement in Franklin Township on the southeast side of Indianapolis. Thank you again for trusting 317 Restoration with your home!

David has been absolutely amazing to work with. We met at a networking event about a month ago. My first thought was "ill probably never use them". But then some shingles came off during one of the recent storms and the first person I thought of was him. As soon as I called, the same day he was out getting things repaired. Very professional, knowledgeable, quick, and affordable. Best roof repair around indianapolis. I can't reccomend 317Restoration enough!
