  The process of having our new roof and gutters installed was seamless from start to finish. Tyler, Katelynn, and their staff showed they were both experienced and professional. They are clearly pros at handling insurance claims and making sure their clients are made whole after a loss. We are very satisfied with their work and ethics.

  2nd Gen Exteriors was fantastic to work with. Tyler was extremely thorough, professional, and he and his crew performed quality work. Tyler inspected my home and garage for hail damage, then met with the insurance adjuster each time our home was inspected. He worked with us and the insurance company ensuring that process went smoothly. We live in an old house and our roof is really steep. Our garage is out of square, has skylights and was, quite frankly, a hot mess. 2nd Gen Exterior roofed our house and sided and roofed our garage and they look fabulous! Tyler kept us informed of progress and any changes (like the need to redeck part of the garage roof) and entire process was smooth and stress free. I highly recommend 2nd Gen Exteriors.
