  Had a fire 2 years ago. The insurance company set me up with everything I needed for restoration. I could never get an answer back about any of the repairs cause they already had the money and the signatures, so they didn’t need to speak with the customer. When they did answer back, it was with the worst attitude ever. Don’t ever use this company. If the customer has questions because they don’t work in that area, it should be easy to help to have the patience to explain it out. Go with a company who cares about their customer’s opinion even if they got the money from an insurance company. Merit restoration and these people worked together and gave me and my wife the worst experience ever.

  We’re sorry you had a negative experience, but our company was not the contractor managing your restoration or insurance claim. We were hired by Merit Restoration strictly as a subcontractor to complete a specific portion of the work and had no involvement in project management, customer communication, or payments. Any concerns regarding the handling of the project would need to be directed to Merit Restoration. Additionally, we no longer perform subcontract work through that company.

  Definitely don’t recommend using this company if you have to have your house fixed from any kind of damage.

  Can not get a response after attempts to see what they found about a gutter / roof issue. Have had communications but no resolve.

  These guys were easy to work with from the start. They replaced my roof in less than a day. Patrick and Madeline were the two that I had the most communication with. They went out of their way to help and make sure things were right. They also did a great job cleaning up. I am 100% satisfied.

  We had a great experience with 220 Roofing and we couldn’t be happier how everything turned out. They replaced our roof with Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles with scotchguard in Black Shadow and it looks amazing— exactly what we were hoping for. You can really tell the difference in quality, and the roof has a clean, sharp look now. We were able to get an estimate fast, scheduling was prompt and the whole roof was completed in one day. The crew showed up on time. They were respectful of our property and made sure everything was cleaned up really well—no nails or mess left behind which, I definitely appreciated. Communication was easy the whole way through, and they answered all our questions without any issues. Would definitely recommend 220 Roofing if you’re looking for a solid, reliable roofing company.

  I recommend 220 roofing. Great service from beginning to end. The job was small, 10 ft by 14ft shed, but they treated it like any other project. I had other roofers high ball on a quote or show no interest at all in quoting. They did not hesitate to take on a small job. The price was very reasonable and they did quick efficient work.

  This company provided excellent customer service the day we needed them to secure our residence, as they used in house employees. The subsequent subcontractors used for various repairs were lacking in professionalism and complete mastery of their respective trades. The electrician, garage door company and brick mason used by 220 were the only true professionals out of all the subcontractors used. Fortunately, I have competent knowledge of the trades used for this job and was able to spot poor workmanship regarding aluminum wrapping of the garage door frame and the finish coat of the drywall repair. 220 made every attempt to have those issues corrected when made aware of them.
