  I contacted them and it took ages for someone to inspect my roof. They never got back to me with a quote and after contacting them again they promised to call and never did so. Extremely unreliable in my opinion.

  Hey Tom, My experience was a bit different than you described. First, I never actually did any work for you, so you really have no right to rate my service. You called me and I showed up within a half hour. I then diligently went over the situation with you, and explained all of the costs and options for your repair. I also pointed out the bogus repairs that other workers have made in the past, which will most likely fail in the near future. After spending an hour and half with you, I then told you I had get to my current project. But before I could leave, you began telling me sob stories about your troubles with women. Really? I'm a roofer not your therapist. On another note, I've read a handful of reviews that you have written about other businesses and it says a lot about your character. It makes me wonder if you write a bad review every time you have trouble with your love life as some kind of sick self-therapy. I strongly encourage anyone who's reading this to read other reviews you've written. If they do they will get a better feel for the type of person you are. It really is kinda funny that you gave me 1 star considering every other reviewer gave me 5 stars. What does that say about you? Looks like your attempt to damaging my business backfired. Extremely pathetic in my opinion. I'm hoping that if you find a good woman in the future, you can stop making up these bogus reviews. Best of luck, buddy!

  Marc did some excellent repair work for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with great attention to detail. He came to us in a timely fashion and quickly resolved our concerns. We highly recommend Marc for his commitment to customer service, fair pricing and quality.

  We found a roof leak and got in contact with Marc. He responded right away and set up a time to come out early the next day. He diagnosed the cause and knocked out the repair same day. He is professional, knowledgeable, takes pride in his work and friendly. So glad we got in touch with Marc!

  Marc was very responsive to my text, and did excellent work repairing my roof quickly. He also cleaned out a gutter filled with leaves that I was totally unaware of. I couldn't be happier with his quick service and extra attention! Highly recommend Marc @ 1st Response!

  This is the third time we've had Marc do repairs on our shingles and each time he's done an excellent job, timely, thorough, honest, and for a very reasonable price! The other roofers out there have charged three times as much for shingle repairs and loosen other shingles only to be called back to fix what they broke. Marc is the best!

  I connected with Marc to address a problem leak that others had not been able to fix. He came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and completely took care of the problem. It's clear that Marc is highly experienced and competent, but just as importantly, fair and honest. I highly recommend him.

  Marc is incredible!! He helped us out with a roof leak that we were concerned was already a big internal home issue. He spent as much time as needed diagnosing the problem, educated us about what was actually happening (spoiler, not what the internet told us) and literally fixed our issue completely the exact same day. Within a few hours of reaching out!!! Couldn’t be more grateful and happy with the service we received. He even texted a week later to make sure we stayed dry after some heavy rain. Will be reaching out to Marc again in the future for sure!!
