  I am a disabled army veteran and I am on a fixed income. They did a “ satellite” picture of my house and said they would be able to work with me on quote I had requested from them. If your a disabled veteran don’t even bother with them this is how they treat their veterans.

  Got a new roof from this company three years ago and got a leak already. Climbed on the roof to check it out and found shingles not completely nailed down in places and some nail heads that didn't get sealed. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if i could contact them but their phone number doesn't seem to work. 10/10 would not recommend.

  Hello “Jon Doe”, surely you have better things to do than making false complaints against a roofing company. Insurance claims and estimates are pretty self explanatory, you pay the replacement cost value “RCV” of each trade to your contractor. If the contractor completed all trades then yes you’d be responsible for the policy deductible portion of the repairs. This isn’t roofing companies making this a policy, This is an insurance requirement & how ALL insurance claims work not just home claims. & your contract says a total amount at the bottom before you sign the contract agreement. Atleast, We certainly have a total amount at the bottom of all of our contracts and a description of work that will be completed. All of our customers sign off on this before we start work & that contract is ran through management prior to starting work. So if you are a real person, hopefully this helps clear up the misunderstanding. If you’re not a real person, find something better to do with your time than running companies rating into the ground.   Hi Chris, we are unhappy to hear that you’ve had a bad experience with 1907. We have spoken to Juan and the General manager about this situation and after discovering the details there are multiple issues that should have been handled differently. There should have been a contract in place before work was started, this would have set expectations for you and also allowed the production team time to look over the contract to make sure that the work agreed to was able to be done with the contract price. We apologize that this didn’t happen. The expectation that was set with our production team was that for $850 we were going to be repairing your composite shingles and putting a patch over the TPO to make sure that the roof didn’t leak. After looking at the pictures of the roof, I see this was done. The expectation that you received via text message from Juan was that decking underneath the TPO and that TPO area was going to be fixed. Juan being brand new with the company made a mistake of not getting this all on a contract and not running it through the process of production to make sure that everything was correct before moving forward. We agreed to deduct $200 off of this contract and took a loss as our way of trying to make things right with you. Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about replacing your entire roof and decking as this would cost thousands more. $650 or $850 wouldn’t even pay for the material much less the labor. But we hope that you’re pleased that the repairs that were made helped prevent your roof from leaking in the areas you were most concerned about and we ask that if you ever choose to do business with us again that you always sign a contract and that expectations be set in a legally binding agreement. We will do our do diligence to make sure that Juan and all new hires know to always get a written contract before proceeding as well. Chris, again we’re sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the expectations that you thought

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend 1907 Roofing! After storm damage to our home, we needed both a new roof and gutters, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Vlad, the owner, and Salas, our installer, were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, professional, and true to their word. They showed up when they said they would, completed everything they promised, and kept us informed throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent, and I was especially impressed with how well the crew cleaned up afterward. They treated our home and property with respect and made sure everything was taken care of before they left. Our new roof and gutters look fantastic. If you need a roofing company that is dependable, honest, and does quality work, 1907 Roofing is definitely a locally owned roofing company I would recommend.

  Gunnar and 1907 are legit. Can’t recommend enough. For what it’s worth, I paid for the roof myself. This is not a fixed deductible review. You buy a vehicle more times in life than you get a new roof. Buying a car is easier. You know the truck you want. You can see it and touch it, test drive it, and make a decision simply based on where you want to buy that exact truck. Roofing, on the other hand, doesn’t come with a test drive. You have to get quotes from multiple service providers, and they each have a different approach to what you have requested. These guys do it right. They listen to what you need to have done. Then, they deliver. A quote comes when they say it is coming. Everything is explained with the quote in person. The pricing is competitive. The job is done when they told you it would be and done well. This is a high quality group of people.

  I had a persistent issue around my chimney where water kept sneaking in during storms. Instead of just sealing it, they removed the old flashing and rebuilt it properly. That took more time but made a noticeable difference. Scheduling was slightly delayed due to weather, but they kept me updated. The repair area now stays completely dry even during heavy rain, which wasn’t the case before. It finally feels like the root problem was addressed instead of just temporarily covered.
