When reading reviews look for a pattern in the comments. I found just that in the reviews of Ytown Roofing. Total satisfaction. The roof on our house was not only large, but challenging with many gables, valleys and additions that were poorly tied into the existing roof. Consequently we had leaks and ice problems that we searched for resolution with other contractors. Ytown Roofing rose to the challenge to alleviate the issue. Professional, responsive, caring and the end result that we were looking for.

We can not thank Chris, Paul and the entire crew for the all the hard work they did on our roof. From the start of just getting an estimate to the end of the job. The company is just amazing, they didn’t push for us to use them. They were up front with all the cost and everything they were going to do from start to finish. Highly recommend

100% professional. They arrived at 7 am and was gone at 2 pm. These guys all worked hard and there was no arguing, no cussing. Just 100% all business. Very very very friendly each one. If you need a new roof first talk with Nathan and get the ins and outs. I would have them work for me again. GREAT JOB GUYS.

I think they did a good job of installing the roof and it looks great. They didn't do a great job getting up all the old nails and marks left on the house from the old shingles hitting it.They did come back and to do a better of clean up.

Choosing a commercial roofing system involves more than finding a material that keeps rain out. Building owners also need to consider durability, energy performance, maintenance requirements, and how the system will handle changing weather over time. Commercial TPO roofing is one option that addresses several of these priorities. In Warren, OH, commercial roofs experience rain, snow, strong winds, and temperature fluctuations throughout the year. TPO, or thermoplastic polyolefin, is a single-ply membrane designed to provide weather resistance while reflecting a portion of the sun's heat. This can make it a practical option for certain commercial properties, particularly buildings with low-slope roofs. Another advantage of TPO is its relatively lightweight construction and heat-welded seams. Properly installed seams create a continuous membrane that can help reduce opportunities for water intrusion. Like any roofing system, though, its performance depends heavily on correct installation, appropriate detailing, and regular maintenance. The right roofing material ultimately depends on the building, existing roof condition, drainage, budget, and long-term goals. Comparing these factors before starting a project can help property owners choose a system that makes sense for their specific needs. If you're considering a new commercial roof or replacing an aging system, learn more about TPO roofing and contact our team to discuss whether it's a good fit for your property.5 days agoLearn more
