  We had a contract for a metal chimney cap for a flue , not a metal cap for your whole chimney , much different install, we can’t install and purchase something we were never supposed to do anyway you have no flue you have to have then installed , and you’ve never even seen me work so you probably shouldn’t say doesn’t seem to know what he is doing

  Update. Jordan still giving the same tired reasons not to come out since last year. Or saids im tring to get out this week. On August 1 I will file with the court to try and get my money back. I've bent over backwards to work with Jordan. I gave Jordan until then to fix this. Here is my roof since last year. Still leaks everytime it rains.

  They did part of the job…it looks nice … They didn’t clean up.. they left a mess in our garage… they left all the old shingles laying on my yard and killed the grass underneath …they didn’t do the flashing that was on the bid… they did not use ice and water shield that was on their proposal …they responded by saying they would be out to finish & haven’t followed through… we have called them back every day and they will not respond …. not a way to run a business!!! I wouldn’t recommend them to put a roof on my dog house!!!! Do not use this company!!!! NEVER !!!!!!!!

  This company did work on my roof I strongly recommended them to others until an heavy rain came the leak came back I have been promised they would return that was almost a year ago I am deeply disappointed I have only been text with promises no action very very disappointed!

  Poor quality of work. Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. I had to do a lot of things after their work. Everything is till they get their money. Wouldn't recommend anyone!!!

  We had This company repair our roof around the dormers,where leaf litter had tore up putting their guards on. Was very good work and took them less than a hour. Would recommend them for your job.

  Mack Roofing came with enthusiasm new shingles and siding. One year + later gutters are still dangling, entire back of my house has no siding no soffits and the shower floor is wavey. I have begged and pleaded to no advail. He does say when he gets back he will get it all done in a day but winter is here once again . I gave Jordon the benefit of dought many times cause he promised, He still has lots of our money. So disappointed. Please come back and finish all your jobs that you agreed upon.

  Just had a floating deck done. Guys came out a did a great job! Super friendly and were fun to even talk with when I came home from work. Gonna be doing more work with them soon. Highly recommend

  They came out and gave me an estimate and were able to do the work that day. They were prompt and polite. We had a storm not long after and my gutters held up great!

  Jordan was very respectful and very polite he put a brand new flu in our chimney and my house is a two-story house with a very steep roof so I know it was hard to do and he got it done in a timely shook my hand as a man and was very respectful Jordan the Queen family appreciates you would definitely recommend him and will definitely use him on future jobs around my home in the future

  They did an excellent job putting a new roof on our rental. Communication wasn’t the best, but Jordan stood by his word. I’d definitely hire him again!

  Scheduled Jordan and his crew to come out and install a roof vent for a natural gas hot water tank. Before they came, I noticed water leaking in certain areas of the attic. The Mack crew inspected everything, showed me where the leaks were in the roof, and sealed everything from additional water leakage. Thanks gentlemen. I highly recommend!
