  Was supposed to repair storm damage. Had several phone calls with them and he said he had estimate for me. Then he stopped returning calls. I was under impression they were going to do the repair. Finally had to contact another contractor since they stopped returning calls. Not a good way to do business in my opinion.

  The moment this company pulls out of your house- you are dead to them. The sales guy Chris is excellent.. The man spoke so highly of Durst and their quality of work it was a no brainer to go with them.. Boy was I wrong. The owner doesn’t care and is the most unresponsive business owner I’ve ever seen. It amazing he won’t resolve the situation that they’ve left my house. I was supposed to get my roof and fascia and bird boxes/ eyebrows rebuilt and re wrapped on the house. Roofers didn’t coordinate with the fascia guy about how to make this work with that,, etc.. I know how it goes, I’m in construction. Problem is that the fascia could have been done better by my 3 year old. It was the worst display of craftsmanship I’ve ever seen. The siding guy lied to my face that he rebuilt the eyebrows and totally rewrapped and sealed everything in new metal.. I got up there that night- he did not. I have attached photos. I told durst, the work was unacceptable, that their employee lied to my face- they agreed to have it redone. This was 2 months ago. I have called them many times leaving voicemails. I have called and spoke to the front desk several times and they have relayed the message to the owner to call me, he won’t. They have given me zero direction on how they plan to resolve this. They never reattached my gutter guards- now there is many oak and maple trees clogging the gutters. The message was relayed to me through the sales guy that someone would be coming out about a month ago to reattach them. I’ve called trying to follow up on that many times.. they won’t send anyone. I’ve left out so many details that make the situation so much worse- but just for some power points of what to expect, I tried to keep it brief. Good luck out there- if I could go back and go anywhere else- I would.

  I had a new roof installed a few years ago which included the installation of a chimney cap. During the early spring, the chimney cap came came off as it was only held on by 3 concrete nails. After numerous attempts to have it put back in place correctly by Durst, I ended up installing it with the help of neighbors. The installation of the roof was excellent, but the follow-up was not so great.

  I was interested in siding my house a few years ago. Guy who measured had the nerve to ask why I didn't want the front façade of my house sided - which is none of his business. Second guy who came out ( first guy didn't measure correctly?) balked at the fact that I wouldn't remove my landscaping prior to any install. Third guy didn't even bother to give me a quote because I wasn't interested in their tiny palette of colors. What a waste of everyone's time.

  I got Durst five roofs on one Street in Adams Township Pennsylvania and he promised $150 per lead and he has failed to do anything about those finders fees for the work I’ve done on my part. He’s not a man of his word.

  Called 8 times due to a leak and the company has still not called after 3 months of messages and the workmanship warranty is about to end and still no one

  We were quoted for just a part to be fixed, but we were told we needed a whole new roof when the guys showed up, and they had ripped everything up. (which was not the case to find out later on) We've had 2 leaks now in 4 yrs! The first area was hopefully fixed, but they haven't done anything to repair the house damages the leak caused! The 2nd leak I've been waiting weeks for a response. They're truly un-reliable and not living up to their contract. We're going to have to take legal action if they're not living up to their contact agreement! Beware!

  BEWARE!! DO NOT use this company. I had a new roof installed a year ago by Durst. There were several issues with the installation. Dustin, the owner finally came out to my residence after a year and having to contact the BBB because they would not respond. He acknowledged the issues and agreed to repair but was non responsive again to me and the BBB. This now has to go through the legal system. Save yourself the hassle and go with a professional and reliable roofing contractor.

  I called Durst Roofing with a gutter issue that need addressed quickly and Dustin was out that afternoon to fix it. The service was excellent and I could tell Dustin runs his business with integrity. I will be calling Durst with any issues going forward. Excellent job!!👍

  When we called for help with our leaking roof, Dustin was able to come and diagnose our issue immediately. His follow up was professional and honestly a blessing. He fixed our leak. We cannot wait to have Durst Roofing do more work on our home.

  I called Durst to come out last fall when I had an urgent leak. Dustin came out with a fix and inspected the whole roof while he was up there. The spring I took his quote and three others. His price point was great, and I really valued the work he did when I was in need. After navigating some tricky Ohio weather, the installation and roof look great. I would definitely recommend.

  Durst put a new roof on my house in 2020. With the recent extreme cold spell and snow, I had a leak (non related to the roof work) in my ceiling. The owner came out first thing in the morning, free of charge, to diagnose the problem and even went on my roof to clear snow and ice to prevent further damage to my home as well as going into my attic. 6 years down the road and they still came to make sure I was happy with my roof work. I highly recommend Durst as they are kind, thorough, and guarantee their work.

  Had multiple companies come bid on job. Durst called back same day, Kenny was out next day, printed estimate before he left. Replied to all text during project almost immediately. Out of all companies, was only one that got on roof, and in attic. Job started within 2 weeks once contract was signed. Dave and crew were exceptional, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, answered all questions. Very pleased, highly recommend them.

  Dustin, Dan, and David were very professional. They answered all questions and were able to fix some shingles that blew off in a storm. They also did a couple small repairs that needed done as well. Absolutely recommend!
