I will give them two stars for most of the work being good. Our roof was replaced (Aug 2018) by Ashley roofing and siding one year prior to us buying the home in May 2019. I noticed that 3 of our 4 skylights have failed shingles. I have …

Purchased a new roof .. had leak issues the next week. (No leak issues on old roof) Kept happening was told someone would call. Leak came from bad craftsmanship. Eventually got a call back but with rain leaking into my house I had to hire another company despite having a warranty to fix the issue.

While we certainly do appreciate the feedback. And, apologize for any inconvenience. The call for your issue was scheduled and declined. Our offer for a refund on any other service provided related to any issue went unanswered. We will continue to stand by our workmanship warranty. Thank you.

Called for estimate on roof guy came our and said give him couple of days we'll its been well over a week no estimate and I called several times and no answer or call back one thing I hate is wasting my time I will take my business else where

No one here seems to answer the phone. 2 months of leaving several messages and no calls back. I also emailed them and still no response. The roof of the house I moved into was done by Ashley, and all I want to do is talk to someone about my concerns with it. Very disappointing.

Cant really rate them. Left a message a week ago. Never heard back. Understand if they are busy but a response would have been appreciated.had to put a 1 star rating just so it would post

My roof leaked one day after Ashley Roofing installed a brand new roof. After coming out three times, the owner finally found and fixed the problem, which should have been done when his guys installed the roof. I can't even think about what else wasn't done correctly. The crew also left a giant bucket full of nails all throughout my yard. I highly recommend you pay a little extra for a better company. I'm sure we will be replacing the roof again in a few short years.

They did a fantastic job. Crew was friendly and communicative. We had Ashley do our roof last year and had them come back to do the siding, gutters, and soffit.

Sean Smith when giving an estimate, he was very informative, very thorough on inspection. Being the first company i called for estimate, so impressed i used him as a guide line on other companies who came out to give me an estimate. Ashley got my vote. James and the crew were solid workers cant say enough. Organized, focused, no one stood around , being Gen X i highly recommend them. Very impressed, especially the clean up as if they were never here. Everything was put back right where they moved them. Flower pots , chairs, etc. Great job!!!
