  I had the Wils the sales rep come out and give us a quote. He quoted the wrong product and was going to resend the quote. I've emailed him, left a voicemail and emailed the company twice and no one has responded.

  Roof started leaking 2 years after installation, and they keep blowing me off to come and look at it.

  I will start by saying I was blessed after the storms this summer by a donor paying for my roof, so yes it was mostly free to me. I then said to fix anything that was wrong and I would pay for anything extra. But I will never recommend Your Exterior Pros to anyone. I have pictures and video footage of their subpar work they did. And this may be an isolated incident as they were struggling to have workers for whatever reason. When I raised my concerns to them about what was going on, nothing was done. They didn't replace half the decking that i feel they shouldv'e. No english speaking person on site like the contract said. I could go on and on but I won't. Choose who you want.

  Hello Mr. Caldwell, According to Jack you were happy last time that he spoke to you. He mentioned that we did in fact fix all of your concerns with the decking. If that is not the case, then you have a 7 year workmanship warranty that you need to put into good use. Last time we spoke to you, you were happy. If you are not, then you need to talk with us rather than slandering us online. We have maintained perfect communication with you through the entire process. AJ and Jack have been in communication with you addressing your concerns. We apologize that you couldn't communicate with our crew on site, that is why we have a dedicated project manager and salesman at your disposal for questions and concerns that you may have. With old wooden plank decking like your home has, its very common for the nails being shot through the shingles to splinter, crack, and chip those boards. There is no rotten decking on your roof. If you have concerns about additional wood, we would be happy to discuss that with you and rectify those issues if they could potentially cause future damage. Please consider talking with us directly instead of slandering us online. We are a small company with a lot of people who rely on our company to feed their families. Thanks.

  It was a nightmare when they put our metal roof on. The weren't even going to put on furring strips until my husband asked them( not only are they recommended when having a metal room installed but they are even required by most local building codes) they had to go back to the store to get them cause they had no intention on using them and before they went that asked my husband how far apart they should space them. Seriously, we hired y'all because your the roofers! Thank God my husband knew what they were supposed to be doing. Now ask yourself, did they install those on your home before placing a metal roof on top? Don't ask them, cause they won't know the answer. We sure were charged for them on the estimate. There were others issues too, our roof certainly doesn't look like professionals did it. It was under my husband last name Gladin

  I had this company come out and replace my roof which is 1 hour and ten minutes from the companies address. I moved to a new location which is a 10 more minute drive and its out of their "area". I guess business is good enough to turn away a roofing job over 10 minutes.

  A six month ordeal for 1.5 days of work to get a new roof. Your Exterior Pros came highly recommended buy our neighbors who were given excellent products. We worked with Sam received an estimate, planned a date, and we’re told we would receive a discount for _____. The first day of the project was February 4th, one day before the large storm that ripped across the southern states and Beaufort County. We were assured that there was no concern and the project would be complete before the storm came through. The roof was not completed until February 9th, five days later, and a final walk through was never completed. We awaited a confirmation for the final amount due and was assured by Sam that it would not be full price. This was not communicated or agreed to by the accounting department who contributed to pester my wife to pay the full amount. We relented and sent them the full payment to put the torment behind us. Four months later we list our home for sale, accept an offer, and conduct a home inspection. Problems were reported with a brand new roof. The roof was under warranty, we called Your Exterior Pros and they eventually came out to look at the reported discrepancies. Sam assured us that someone would be present on the next two days to complete the tasks. After TEN DAYS and multiple calls to get the required support no one had come out to fix the discrepancies. It was time for us to leave the state and move to our new home, and the sale of this home was contingent on the roof being fixed. At this point the roof was still not up to spec. The financial BURDEN that Your Exterior Pros forced us to endure is nothing short of negligent. I question their integrity due to their inability to adhere to any form for a schedule and the monetary shell game that was forced onto us with promises of a discount and reputations. Do not trust this company for any of your exterior needs.

  I couldn’t have been more happy working with Abel and company. He came in and told me what he was expecting to be repaired. When the insurance company didn’t agree with everything at first he was able to go over everything and was able to get them to do exactly what he had told me.   I contacted Exterior Pros for a loose vinyle fascia. Wils keep me apprised of his availability via phone and promply arrived when he said he would. Wils quickly identified the problem and resolved in a timely matter. I have other exterior work planned and will use Exterior Pros for that work as well as any future work.   We were in need of having the staircase to our front porch rebuilt / relocated to gain space for our RV. (a smaller scale job than most deck contractors would accept) Exterior Pros took care of everything from permits to materials & left our home clean & ready. We were so happy with their work, we are having them come back to complete a few more projects.

  If you looking for a roofing contractor I highly recommend Your Exterior Pros. Get all the estimates you want but AJ, Victor, And the rest of the team are the ones you need to choose. Their work is incomparable, the price is fair, and you will not be disappointed.
