I contacted this group about a leak in my lanai, and we agreed that it must be coming from the roof vent. I was very satisfied with the promptness and work that was done. I even sent a positive review stating that I would use them, if needed, in the future. Well that lasted about two weeks when the same leak reappeared. My call to them was promptly answered by the owner saying that he would put his man on the job and I would be contacted asap. Well that was two weeks ago! I guess that they don't tell you if they don't want to do the job or the job is too small. Left hanging just doesn't sit well with me.

Hi Mr. Lynch, I believe there is some confusion we sent our technician out a second time to your home, while he was in your neighborhood performing other repairs. If you’re still having an issue from the previous company that installed the roof on your home please contact me at 912-921-9568 as you did before so I can schedule an appointment with you. I would be happy to come out and see where they’re missing the problem. Thanks, Daniel Owner of Designer Roofing

Patrick Talley is very professional. He clearly explained roof options and pricing and adhered to the quote. He installed Certainteed roof which is a very high quality roof with excellent warranty; ( the previous roof failed at 14 years!)His employees who installed the roof were efficient and performed excellent workmanship. They kept to the to timeline given for the installation. Highly recommend Patrick and his crew.

Designer Roofing was recommended by a neighbor, and they exceeded our expectations in all aspects of the Job. For example: the estimate was reasonable and there were no surprises between the estimate and the time we received the invoice, they arrived on time and on the committed date, the onsite roofers were organized, fast and finished in 3 days, the cleanup was thorough including my neighbors' yards. Finally, Daniel (the owner) was onsite every day and was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the roofing materials and the roofing process step by step which helped reduce and anxiety on our part. Overall an excellent job and all expectations were meant.

We had a leak in our skylights and Patrick from Designer Roofing came and saved the day. After contacting 2 roofers who didn’t want to be bothered Patrick had someone there within 2 days but not before making sure we were ok from the leaks till they could fix the problem. We had talked about getting a new roof but everyone was so expensive. Patrick came and gave us a great estimate and even worked with us till we were ready. They came on the day they said they would. They were there by 7:45am and completed the job by 3:00 pm. They took care that my property was covered so as not to damage my shrubs and flowers. They did an amazing job. If 10 was the highest that you could give them they would get a 20. Here are some before and after pictures. If you need a new roof or have issues with your roof call Patrick at Designer Roofing and Restoration. I promise you won’t be sorry. I LOVE MY NEW ROOF!!

The crew was professional and courteous, and Patrick was communicative and helpful. They use excellent quality materials, and explained why they use them. I interviewed 7 roofing companies conducted research on each of them and the materials they use. Easy decision to choose Designer Roofing.
