  This company came very highly recommended by a coworker. Needless to say her experience has not been my experience. All communication has been done by me ( I don’t mind doing my part). JCB has only called me to let me know that they showed up early to do my inspection and to reschedule an appointment . They never responded to my emails. They had to come back out and take photos because the insurance company wanted justification for repairs ( I think this could have been done at the first inspection had the inspector listened ) and I was told that l would be CC’d on any emails they send to the insurance company. I have yet to see an email. Started this in November and I understand that things take time and something’s we can’t control (getting sick, weather,) but communication is a sign of good customer service in which I have not received .

  I called for an estimate for some repairs due to wind damage. I got an appointment for today (Nov. 8). A week and a half ago, I got a call that the guy was in the area and could he stop by to do the estimate early. He came over and took a look. He told me it wss a minor repair job. He said he would send over his guys that Friday to do the job. I was told to pay them in cash off the books. They never showed up. I called him and got voicemail. He never called back. I would avoid this company and their shady nusiness practices.

  The guy you spoke to was me Bobby Myers The owner. you were only missing one shingle and there was no leak. I offered do fix it for free because it was only one shingle and just told you, you Could give the guys a tip Was nothing to do off the books or a shady practice. I Was trying to Save you some money for a very tiny job and get the guys something for their time. So you were offended but didn't try to rake you over the coals for a tiny repair.

  To the worker driving the vehicle with the plates RSE8692, swerving all over the lane, cutting multiple vehicles off and slamming on brakes, I couldn’t tell if you were drunk driving or driving while on your phone. Do better instead of risking your own life and most importantly risking others.

  I apologize for the confusion. Since your neighbor had already told me about your husband being military, I was confirming what he said.   Which ever owner or employee is in Southern Illinois driving the big white truck with your name and logo on it should slow down!!!! Nearly ran us of the road passing us at 80 mph in a 55 on sunday December 29. We love our kids and families here in illinois and dont need folks from georgia driving like idiots in our small rural towns!!!!

  Since you brag about people reading your reviews via a bumper sticker on your big ole vehicle... I'm gonna give you a review...... Your driving is TERRIBLE. You nearly took off the front of my car when you came outta nowhere and changed lanes in front of me. I'm sure your customers and family would rather you arrive a few minutes late and alive instead of dead or injured. Just some food for thought!

  Trey and the crew did a great job! Showed up on time, cleaned up provided quality metal roofing. Sent pictures of all damages and repairs made before covering them up. Definitely recommended!

  I needed the flashing on my chimney re-done. After getting estimates, I chose JCB. I had not worked with them before but had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them. The written estimate was more thorough and professional than any I’ve ever gotten, the price was fair, and the team was prompt and easy to work with.

  Owner of the company is very personable and walked us through everything. He didn’t just throw a price at us and leave us with questions or concerns. The crew is fast and did an excellent job. They were done within a day and cleaned up like nobody was ever here. Very happy that we chose a veteran and the guys with years of experience. It definitely shows.

  Got several quotes for our new roof before deciding to go with JCB. From day one they were by far the most professional and courteous people to work with. Everyone from office staff to foreman to the workers who worked their tails off were professional, nice, and just easy to work with. They tarped our pool as to not get debris in it, cleaned up everything. The new roof and vents look amazing! Very pleased!

  I had a raised shingle that needed repair for insurance purposes. The owner Mr. Myers came out and fixed it right then! Saving me time and a headache. Very affordable, I highly recommend.
