  These guys replaced the shingle roof on my neighbor's house and it looked like a very good job. I had some previous storm damage to my roof and had another contractor do some repairs but it started leaking so I had Allegiance come out and give me a price to go from shingles to metal roof. The installation started in May and this is November and the punch list is just now finished as far as I am concerned but there is still some issues. The crew wasn't exactly the most professional as they decided to hang out in my neighbors back yard during their breaks instead of staying in my yard. It would not have been a big deal, but they left trash around my yard and I had to pick it up out of her yard as well. Plastic drink bottles, backing from the foam insulation, screws, pieces of metal were strewn everywhere. They completed the initial install and were supposed to clean up all metal, screws, trash, etc out of yard. I was picking up metal and screws for several days and complained to the rep who sold me the job. They finally came out and went around looking for screws and metal. I was concerned my lawn mower would pick up metal and wind up hurting someone. As I inspected the house, I was very dissatisfied with a lot of areas where the work was very bad. There was bad cuts to finish off valleys, there was very poor workmanship on several areas where the eaves met at the valleys, metal bent up at the peak under the cap which would have caused an issue with attic ventilation, missing screws in fascia, screws located in the wrong areas, etc. I called and sent texts to my rep to get the punch list done. This process was long as it is now November and they finally got the last bit somewhat finished. There is still one panel that I am not happy with and the workmanship is still shoddy in areas where they just got in a hurry and did poor work. Bottom line, if you are looking for a shingled roof, they seem to be ok with it. If you want a metal roof, I would highly suggest findin

  Called for roof replacement. There bid was comparable with other vendors, but they also noticed an issue with one gutter that they said they would also tend to. Took caution not to damage shrubs & flowers and cleaned up quite well.

  I can’t say enough good things about Allegiance Roofing & Exteriors. Kyle, his wife Korinne, and Amy have been a pleasure to work with. Amy made scheduling easy, Korinne was great to communicate with, and Kyle is one of those contractors you know you can trust. They’ve completed three jobs for me over the past several months. First, Kyle came out and fixed a loose gutter at no charge. He then repaired and replaced damaged flashing on my roof. Most recently, he repaired several ridge cap shingles that had blown off during a storm. Every job has been completed professionally, on time, and with attention to detail. Kyle is personable, honest, hardworking, and dependable. He explains what needs to be done without any pressure, shows up when he says he will, and his pricing is fair. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating customers right. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend Allegiance Roofing & Exteriors. They’ve earned my business, and they’ll be my first call for any future roofing needs.

  Called Allegiance and Ashton came out from the company and she gave me an estimate, set a time for install, there was a delay not her felt the weather played a big part. The main point, she stayed in communication and got the job done with expertise. Highly recommend this company. This was the second time using this company and not disappointed.

  Kyle and Allegiance Roofing have replaced my roof on 3 properties over the years. I recommend him to every one I know. The first one on our home is now 5 years old and we have never had a problem. Kyle is always easy to work with, helps me make educated decisions on what to do and where I can save money. He is clear, honest, respectful, and trustworthy. I trust him entirely. One of the roofs was an insurance claim and he handled the entire process for me. As a woman, I am always searching for contractors who I can trust, he's one of the good ones. June 2026 update: They are still the best, still the only people I want to work with. Thank you Amy for your help and thank you both for helping me get through another stressful situation!
