Left a message to get an appointment to look at a roofing problem while we were in town as part timers. Never received a call back.

I can not recommend this company. We had numerous issues and although the company did come out repeatedly they didn’t do enough to fix the leak ( for months), until I finally opened a BBB complaint. THEN it finally got fixed. They tried to blame us at every turn ( you’ve got a pipe leaking, you’ve got condensation, you’ve got water backing up from someplace, etc.) We also had cracks in our kitchen and guest bath ceiling and walls, as well as soggy insulation from the ongoing leak. They eventually said they would repair our walls and ceiling if we signed a release. We chose not to do that so they aren’t fixing anything. We found some termite damage while taking out wet insulation and did NOT expect them to fix that area, just the water damaged and cracked drywall- but they declined, using the termite damage for an excuse- surprise! The company came highly recommend by a friend and I’m sure most jobs go smoothly but you should be aware of what can happen and how far ( or not) the company you choose will go to make things right.

After hearing about Yoder's from our neighbor, we were so disappointed when the estimator came to our house, took one look, and stated that they don't work on steep roofs like ours. Really? There is no statement on their website that addresses this...only that they do not work on commercial roofs.

I had some rotting fascia in my Atrium and our HOA was getting ready to start a painting project. I called Yoder's Roofing because a friend had used them and made a referral to me. Josh came right out when I called and gave me an estimate. They started work in a couple of days because we had rain. The work was finished in one day at a very fair price. All the guys were respectful and punctual. They were meticulous in their work everything was left very clean. If I ever need to replace my roof I will be calling Yoder's Roofing. Exceptional company with over the top customer service.

Exceeded my expectations for repair and roof tile replacement. Very thorough and frequently checked in to make sure everything we needed was addressed, including repairs that I had not noticed. Discussed everything to make sure we were aligned. A great experience. On time and not rushed.

Great results. Professional service. Josh came by two days after I called for a leak in my ceiling. He inspected, gave an estimate, and sent a crew a few days later for repair. José and Kevin came first thing in the morning. José suspected the leak may not be in the roof tiles and climbed into the tiny attic space and found the leak was from the chimney. I'm glad he looked before pulling up the roof tiles! They sealed the chimney, then spent at least a half hour blowing leaves off the whole roof - without me having had to ask. I was very pleased with their professionalism and competence.

Josh Yoder came to our home. He checked the attic and roof. He found the leak that we called about as well as another leak. He explained the pictures that he took and the work that his firm would do. The price was reasonable compared to 2 other roofers selling what we did not need to just repair our problem. We would recommend Yoder Roofing.
