  My roof was done in 2018 and the shingles never stuck. I could lift them up with 2 fingers so wade at the time said the sun needs to cook them in and after 3 days of 90 plus heat they never held so after the first hurricane a substantial amount came off so much they would not repair it and after the second storm 50% are gone and my neighbors 15yr old roof is fine. They also aged horribly after only 2 years. Kirkey offered a private adjuster that the company spokesman said would get me a new roof and all he did was bill for another tarp never got another dime from figa.

  I called Kirkey for a re-roof after Hurricane Ian.Steve came out and walked the roof of my house and left a quote. $10,000.00 HIGHER than everyone else's and ALL the others were quoting for BOTH my buildings. Yes, I did buy the highest quality GAF roof system, had it done, and SAVED $10,000.00 while having both my buildings re roofed. How could Kirkey be so far off ? Seems to me they are extorting the locals who they serve. I think it is dispicable to extort folks after a disaster. Yes, I do tell my neighbors, have told ALL of them to BEWARE ! If we do not comunicate this behavior to others it continues.

  Hello Mr. Jarvis, Thank you for letting us know that you are happy with the roof, we are very happy to hear. It’s very disappointing, however, to read your comments regarding payment for your roof. We are sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the payment terms of your project. We don’t take a deposit, and payment is due in full at time of completion. Your roof was completed September 29th. As you stated, you made partial payments for the roof. After 2 months, we asked that the roof be paid in full by December 15th, or 77 days after completion. We empathize with you, but Florida Construction Laws, designed to protect both homeowners and contractors, have a very specific time limit of 90 days for contractors to file a claim for money owed for home improvement projects. A lien was never filed on your home, but we were quickly reaching the end of the 90 day window in the construction law. I respectfully disagree with your representation above, and hope that you will reconsider your position. Please contact me directly to discuss and review your account. Patricia Squier, Owner

  $150.00 for a new roof quote? That's crazy! I'm in real estate and give referrals for various contractors every day. When I called this company to get a quote for a seller of mine, she stated it's $150.00 for them to quote. Sorry Kirkey, you were just deleted off my contractor referral spreadsheet.

  If I could give negative stars I would. Kirkey was 45 minutes, yes 45 minutes late to scheduled estimate for repairs, then said he would not go inside attic to evaluate correctly cuz it was 'too hot'. WHAT??? Then said he might not have time to do the job anyway...thanks alot. Don't waste your time with this outfit....there are far better.

  I give them a one because they fixed a leak on our roof once last year and so far it's fine. However, a neighbor on our cul de sac is getting a new roof put on this week. Don't mind Kirkey's trucks on the road but I do mine the 4 extra cars of their employees taking up spaces on our narrow street. Have asked the company not to park their personal automobiles on the block but on the next street where there are no houses but to no avail.

  If you need any roofing repairs I can recommend Kirkey Roofing, they did an excellent job on our roof, and cleaned up the yard as soon as they finished. You can't go wrong with them.

  It finally rained in Venice, Florida late last month and as you can guess, the leaky roof arrived immediately after. I contacted Linda Hughes the Field Coordinator at Kirkey Roofing. She stopped by that afternoon, identified the leak/issue and 4 days later, Rubin arrived to perform the repairs. This is incredible customer service that we have come to expect from Kirkey Roofing. This is our 3rd roof repair with Kirkey Roofing and all repairs have gone extremely well. Thanks Linda and Rubin, you two are the best.

  We don’t usually write reviews but when you find a company that provides excellent customer service and workmanship it should be noted. From the time sales rep Dustin fully explained the process and details and throughout the whole installation in which our project manager Chris kept us informed step by step to the final inspection, everything went great. The workmanship performed by the crew was excellent. True craftsmanship. We received recommendations from neighbors who had similar excellent experiences and we are happy to be able to pass ours along as well.

  Responded quickly when I contacted them. The inspector did a very thorough inspection both on the roof and in the attic. The job was quickly scheduled, and the repairs were done as scheduled and with no surprise extra costs.

  We had our entire barrel tile roof replaced by Kirkrey Roofing in July 2026. We were fully impressed with their service. Dustin went over the contact with us and fully explained the entire process answering all our questions and addressed all of our concerns from signing the contract to receiving the Uniform Mitigation Verification Form. Work began on the date promised with Field Coordinator Chris managing the work and advising use of its progression. The roof was completed as scheduled at the contracted price. Kirkrey’s price was more than competitive in the bidding. We highly recommend them as a roofing contractor. Sal and Mary Fontana.

  Got an estimate for a roof leak repair from Neil. I knew because of spray foam insulation it would be difficult to diagnose the problem, but he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was. In any case the job seemed to be a little expensive because of the way a vent was placed originally. Neil suggested sealing a particular location and seeing if that resolved the problem, if not they would be happy to do the work. Extremely honest people, and in the future I will without a doubt use this company for any maintenance and work that I may need on the roof. I wish every company conducted themselves like Kirkey roofing and would highly recommend their service.

  These are good, honest, and local contractors. I have them come out every two years to inspect my concrete tile roof and repair any damage they find (loose or cracked tiles and chipped or missing mortar). They have extended the life of my aging roof. When it comes time for a new roof, they're going to be the first company I call.
