John Feeney Roofing

Less than one star if possible. We had a lien put on our home after the project was finished by the tile supplier because John Feeney Roofing did not pay his supplier. In the state of Florida this is legal for the supplier to put the lien on our home because of his nonpayment which we paid for in full.

5 months later and we have a new leak and so do our neighbors. I tried to give 5 stars but would never recommend this company to anyone. …

We had an estimate done and went with someone else. Someone from this company called the county and complained that we are getting a re-roof without a permit and the contractor does not have a license , this was done on Aug 4th on the day we told "John Feeney" roofing company we went with someone else, and yes the complaint was from John Feeney company. The complaint was # 220148548 00 11 and is now a permanent record in the Sarasota County Code enforcement . I would stay away from these unprofessional losers as much as possible, they were 30% higher than the other roofers and 100% less professional by doing that false complaint..

I have used John Feeney Roofing twice now, and highly recommend this company. I contracted them to power wash my tile roof several months ago, and most recently for repairs. They are not only very knowledgeable about all aspects of roofs, but honest about what makes sense to do and when. Communication is top notch, estimates are delivered promptly, and the workers are very professiona and neat. John Feeney Roofing is an excellent choice whether you need a new roof, repairs, or maintenance.

John Feeney Roofing completed our tile re-roof and did a beautiful job! I was nervous about the dumpsters, debris, and tile delivery and loading due to our horses. They were impeccable! John Feeney Roofing has 51 years of experience and it shows! Quality roofing for an affordable price!

They were very pleasant to work with. Everyone took time to ask questions, survey the site, and stayed in communication with us the whole time. They even took the time to ask about our school and attended a school function to show support. We are very pleased with the final product.
