  They came to my house and talk very sweet promising the moon, promises not kept. After signing a bunch of papers they disappeared and that was it. Unfortunately i cannot recommend this people, I suggest you take your business somewhere else.

  I asked for a quote for replacing a flat TPO (very durable polymer) roof and found the salesman to be argumentative and wrong about certain aspects. He presented himself as the absolute expert and whatever I said must be wrong because a) I was just a homeowner and b) I’m well over 80. What he couldn’t see was 1) I’m a retired science college professor 2) I was the general contractor for the major hurricane upgrade of the house and 3) I’ve had to myself repair roof problems from an earlier large company that didn’t understand adhesion to TPO. When the salesman began shouting at me, I told him to get off the roof. In hindsight, I don’t imagine many homeowners join a salesman up on the roof. ‘Nuf said.

  Terrible experience. I would never recommend Galloway for a new roof. A majority of my tiles were glued and they were sloppy during installation and I now have glue residue on many of my tiles. It is impossible to get off. They sent a couple of guys out to attempt to clean them but they were unsuccessful. I hired a roof cleaning company and they were unable to rectify the situation. My roof looks awful and I am very disappointed in Galloway

  Had our ridges done in December of 2023, they sent out a family of three(dad, mom, son) who didn't speak English and did a terrible job. Called to have it corrected and they sent the same three and never inspected what they did. First time they left prybar on roof until I called. Update, as of February 2026, they still haven't responded to my many attempts to contact them

  Don’t fill out their form for an appointment because they don’t respond or show up. If they can’t keep an appointment for an estimate, likely they won’t show up to do the work.

  I have used this company on separate occasions and each time I have been very disappointed. After this last time I will never be using this company again. Be careful when they come and quote you a job. They will not complete the whole job like they stated, they also will “put you on the schedule” for a certain date yet continue to change the date and do the job on there leisure. Also a bit over price for the scope of work they did on my last job.

With that being said, we gave you a price to repair damaged tiles on your tile roof, remove and dispose of your solar panels, and pressure wash, then coat your flat roof with a silicone coating. We spent a full day getting the work listed above done. We completed the work on January 8th, 2025. You signed on November 25th, 2024. We do our very best to get to every one of our customers as quickly as possible as we know how important the roof is on any home. Since the recent back-to-back hurricanes, we have been busier than we usually are this time of year, so we are doing everything we can to accommodate every one of our customers in a timely manner. The price we gave you was a fair price for that scope of work quoted. The following is the scope of work for the silicone flat roof coating: Install a new Silicone roof coating to the entire flat roof system including; 1- Pressure wash the entire roof surface. 2- Seal any loose material along the seams and laps. 3- Apply a silicone coat at a rate of 2 gallon per 100 sq. Ft. Creating a topside coating thickness of 18 Mil. 4- Clean up of all job-related debris. This is where you are confused, with pressure washing the entire tile roof. We state here pressure wash entire roof surface, and above this it states that we would be coating your flat roof. The heading addresses what is to come in numerical order. Any confusion you may have had here should have been brought to our attention before signing your contract. We highly recommend you fully read any contract in the future prior to signing. We completed our contracted scope of work including the section above regarding your flat roof. You mentioned to Dave Del (our service manager) and our office staff you thought pressure washing your entire tile roof was included and you felt we w

  I have recently had my 23 year old roof replaced by Galloway Roofing using Eagle concrete tiles. During the quoting process, I spoke with 10 highly rated roofing companies, and i received proposals from 6 out of the 10 roofing companies. 2 of the 6 companies rose to the top of my consideration, with Galloway being the #1. Zachary Symonette was my Galloway Sales representative, and Zach was truly outstanding. When I decided to go with Galloway (after visiting several jobsites close to my home where Galloway crews were installing roofs) Zach stayed in contact from choosing the best roofing materials all the way through the follow-up after all punch-list items were completed. Zach was extremely helpful with choosing the best material for our roof even bring samples of various roofing materials. But, it was not just Zach that made getting a Galloway roof a great experience, it was the onsite Project Manager (Sean) and his entire crew! Sean always communicated when he and the crew would be onsite, and what would be done on a daily schedule. Being an engineer, project manager, and research manager in the roofing business for over 40 years, I appreciated the detail and professionalism of the entire Galloway staff and work crews. Every construction job can hit snags and problems. A roof can hide a lot of issues, and my roof certainly had some challenges. But, when a roofer stepped through a rotted area of sub-roofing, Sean was there to make sure the sub-roof was immediately repaired and dried-in, and then Sean followed up on getting the interior drywalled, primed and painted I have pool heating & cooling solar panels on my roof, and Galloway coordinated with Advanced Solar to remove and replace the solar system. When the crew (Joe, Sean, Frankie) from Advanced Solar completed the re-installation of the solar system they told me that they have never seen a roofing installation as good as what Galloway had done.   When I contacted them, they came immediately out. Save me an estimate, didn't pester me about doing a job when I called them, they came and started right right away, finished the job, wait, just for inspection, came back and finished the job. They were very professional. Really enjoyed working with me.I would highly recommend.
