My balcony is directly above the apartment below mine, so it leaks every time it rains, causing leaks downstairs as well. I couldn't figure out the cause of the leak for a long time. Then I found Jose from Y&B Roofing. He was incredibly dedicated and responsible. He spent a lot of time carefully inspecting the apartment, even personally removing all the floor tiles on my balcony to check for the leaks one by one. Finally, he found the problem and fixed it for me. A few days after the repair, Jose came back to do a water test to confirm that everything was sealed properly and there were no more leaks, proving the problem was indeed solved. Jose is very honest, meticulous, and responsible, and his prices were reasonable. Throughout the entire process, he didn't cut corners but genuinely took the time to find and fix the problem. I'm very grateful for his help. If anyone needs roof or balcony leak repairs, I highly recommend Y&B Roofing, especially Jose! He's very reliable and trustworthy.
