The company didn’t install proper ventilation for our roof and the roof already leak after only 5-6 years because the install wasn’t done properly and they offer only 5 years warranty on the job. That’s just bad for a roof. They left nails unsealed on roof and started to leak. Shop somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

I made an appointment to secure an estimate for repair/replacement of a roof. They were referred to me. On the appointment day, I waited and called to inquiry about arrival ETA. I was told that the appointment would need to be rescheduled from 10am to 2pm. After making accommodations to meet them at 2pm, I waited again and called. They never showed or called back. They are definitely not on my referral list. I understand schedule changes. However, it is always professional and good business to follow-up.

Scheduled for them to come out for an estimate while we are in attorney review for a house. They never showed up so called them and they said oh yah we aren’t coming. No notice and just completely blew us off. When we talked to them, they just said yah we can’t be there. Wouldn’t recommend

Called to make appointment to get an estimate on a tear off roof installation and was told by the person who answered the phone that they would not do an estimate if I was not going to be there. It is the roof, accessible from the outside. Really! Next!

We recently had Andres Roofing & Construction replace the roof on our classic Chicago two-flat, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. After speaking with three different companies, we chose Andres Roofing because …

We needed urgent work done because our homeowners insurance was about to cancel our policy. Sergio understood the assignment immediately and showed up at 7:30 AM the very next day with his team. They got the job done quickly, professionally, and with great quality. I’ve already recommended them to others, and I’ll keep doing so. If you’re looking for a reliable, responsive roofing contractor, this is the team to call!

Sergio and Mayra are the best! Both were very responsive and always followed through. My roof was replaced within 1.5 days and there weren't any surprise cost or added expenses. My final bill was exactly what I had been quoted. I highly recommend using Andres Roofing for all your roofing needs.

I would highly, highly recommend Andres roofing. They helped us quickly out of a really tough situation. We bought a new house where the roof was advertised as < 5 years old but wasn’t, and our insurance dropped us after drone pictures of the roof led them to conclude our house was uninsurable. Andres responded quickly, and came by to do an inspection, and found that the roof was, in fact, in bad shape (20-25 yrs old with several problems). That same day, they had an inspection report and proposal for us to do a full tear-down. They did all the work in one day, were professional, courteous and kind, and brought their expertise to bear, identifying and fixing several issues they found during the tear-down. Our insurance company re-instated the policy, and we breathed a huge sigh of relief. We’re so grateful to Andres and his team for such exceptional, professional, and trustworthy work. Their work is so good we will look at the window and marvel how much nicer our home is, and how much more confident we are living in our house. We’d strongly recommend them.

Incredible experience. These guys did a great job replacing my roof. I emailed them and they had a quote, permit and started work within 2 days. I had been chasing other big name roofing companies just to get an estimate. Superb customer service, quality work and fair pricing. Cannot emphasize enough how impressed and happy I was with the entire process. Thank you Sergio, Mayra and your entire crew!!!

I contacted company, they send Sergio out to look at my roof since we had a leak inside and he was able to point out the problem and showed me photos. Shortly that day he gave me an estimate and 2 days later they came to fix issue. He also took pictures after completed and everything looks great. Sergio was polite and they finished quick. Thanks!
