Communication was terrible from start to finish. Calls and emails went unanswered, and I was left wondering when the work would even begin. The finished roof looks sloppy, and I regret choosing this contractor.

Came through to give a very accurate and thorough inspection of initially my gutters, they also were able to give me a full assessment of what would fix the issue permanently. Very pleasant experience.

Eric, Nick, and their team are the real deal. Absolute professionals. Did an incredible job on our roof and skylight replacement and I immediately inquired about them doing our deck next. Was a pleasure working with Chicago Prestige!

I would recommend Eric and his team. He was patient and helpful through the insurance process in a roof replacement after recent storms. Their estimate was more transparent and lower than others we had received. The team worked quickly and completed the entire removal and replacement in 8 hours. They were courteous to our neighbors and mindful of the plants around our home.

During a recent heavy storm, several shingles were blown off my roof. I contacted multiple roofing companies, but some never returned my call and one failed to show up. When I called Chicago prestige Roofing, Eric came out the same day. He inspected the roof, showed me photos of the damage, and clearly explained the repairs that were needed. I received an estimate, approved the scope of work, and within a week the repairs were completed. Eric’s crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. They worked diligently throughout the day and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. Eric also showed me photos of the completed repairs, and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. I would definitely hire Chicago prestige Roofing again.

The job was completed today in a timely manner. The salesman was kind and professional. Pictures were provided of before and after work. The price was reasonable , not inflated. A warranty is included. Right now I am a satisfied customer.

Prestige did a terrific job from start to finish. I compared several companies and found Prestige to be professional, responsive, and thorough during the entire process. The standard of excellence and work ethic of their management and fantastic crew are remarkable! I have already recommended them to two neighbors who were also impressed by the work. Bravo!

From beginning to end, Eric and his team were incredibly professional and responsive. On the day of service, they uncovered an additional problem with our roof, Eric quickly provided a reasonable solution along with clear before and after photos. The team handled everything efficiently, at a fair price and were able to complete it all the same day.
