called 4x for quote, nobody picked up or got back to me!

I wanted to use them. Was very excited about the tools they had to prove my damage, but after I signed their contract, Lance never called me back. After I text his cell, I was told he got a new cellphone and my number wasn't saved. Thought all was going to get better, but no calls and no response. I waited 9 months and missed my friken window for my insurance claim. I have new damage since it was never done and I'm worried about what will happen.

optiroof did a solid job on our roof. price was fair and the crew moved fast. the yard stayed tidy and they picked up all the nails after. the roof hasnt let a drop through since and looks proper doing it. easy company to work with, no games. did exactly what they quoted

We chose OptiRoof for our roof replacement and the finished project turned out really well.the fresh shingles read sharp and completely changed the front of the house. flashing on the chimney and the vent flashing both got redone which were the spots that used to leak. we had compared a few roofers around River North before going with them and the price was fair. the crew was fast, had the old roof off and the new one on quick. they kept everything tidy and magnet swept the yard for nails before leaving. at the end one of the crew took me on a loop to see the finished work. rain has come through often since and the attic holds dry now. no complaints, the roof looks and performs exactly how we wanted...

Optiroof did a tearoff and full shingle replacement on our place. New drip edge, new ice and water along the eaves, new pipe boots, and the chimney flashing was redone properly instead of just slapped with tar like before. Ridge line is straight, no waves anywhere. Solid two day job done

Compared a few roofers around Lincoln Park before settling on Optiroof. Their quo process was clear, scheduling took about two weeks, and the install was done in two days with no surprises after.

Calling around for roof quotes was getting old. Most places sent me to voicemail or had some answering service take a message. Optiroof picked up on the second ring and had someone scheduled to come look at the roof within a few days. The guy who showed up took his time on the roof, then came down and sat at the kitchen table with me to talk with me to walk through what he saw. I asked a lot of questions because I didn't really know what I was looking at, and he answered all of them without making me feel dumb about it. Got the written estimate that same evening in my inbox. Install was set for about three weeks later, which was fine with me. They got going early both days and had the whole thing done in two. What surprised me was the cleanup. I keep waiting to step on a nail in the yard and it just hasn't happened. Final invoice came in at the exact number on the estimate, not a dollar off. If the roof ever goes, I know who I'm calling.

They were pretty easy to deal with.Estimate was detailed and they didn't try to push us toward anything we didn't need.the crew showed up on time and kept a good pace going all day.i asked a couple things mid-job and they just answered and kept working.Roof looks solid now.

did our roof replacement and it went about as smooth as you could hope for. showed up when they said they would, worked through the day and finished next morning. new shingles look good and the cleanup was solid. price matched the quote which is always a plus. nothing crazy to report which in roofing terms means they did their job right. thats all i wanted
