  Description says that pool refurbishment is one of their services. I asked for a pool refurbishment only for them to say they only do new pools. False Advertising! They dont seem trustworthy! Call someone else.

Xtreme does not offer pool resurfacing or pool refurbishment services. We specialize in new pool construction. Unfortunately, an incorrect service appears to have been associated with our Google Business Profile, and we have already contacted Google to have it removed. We certainly understand your disappointment, but we want to assure anyone reading this that this was the result of an inaccurate Google listing—not a reflection of our business or the services we intentionally advertise. We take pride in being transparent with our customers and are sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We wish you the best in finding a contractor for your pool resurfacing project.

  FILTY, NASTY workers!!!!!Left Chicken Bones, BEER CANS, Cigarettes, Gum and cut up my Lanai Screens. HORRIBLE work crew who desecrated my yard and refused to pay for damages. Despite having a dumpster they threw garbage all around my landscaping. I’m still cleaning up the mess! They are taking down all bad reviews!!! I have reported them to Department of Business Regulations for them to be investigated. This incident of them removing my reviews will be included in my ongoing investigation. Where is my previous factual review?? I have never ever giving a 1 star review for any company before. Never! Do not sign any contracts without a lawyer reviewing it. They try to take no responsibility for damages. Where are the other 1 star reviews for this company?? UPDATE March 20, 2025 I stand behind my FIRST EVER 1 Star review. You chose NOT to attend the Small Claims case I file against you in Sanford. You chose NOT at honor the appointment to come to my home to resolve this.

Additionally, we would like to note to the public that you have been reposting the same review on a weekly basis. Your roof replacement was completed several years ago, and we made multiple attempts to address your concerns at that time. The delay in your project was primarily due to a third-party solar company that was funding the project, which dictated when we could proceed. We completed your roof replacement and even offered you a credit for your screen damage, which you declined. We genuinely tried to resolve the matter in a fair and professional manner. We understand that not every experience will meet expectations, but the accusations you continue to make are harmful to our team and do not reflect how we operate. While we respect all feedback, we do not stand for false claims or slander.

  Scam artists. Find an actual decent company instead of these scammers. Apparently a common scam is that a roofing company will have you sign a contract where they get to be the ones handling your insurance claim. If you do, then their number one priority is getting money from the insurance company. This is all they care about, and for the first year this was all they were doing, while feeding us the line that the insurance company was lowballing them and they have to go to court to get what's needed to fix the house. This is part of the scam. When they finally milk all the money out of high settlements from the insurance company , finally they started work on the house. They cut corners and did shoddy work, rushed through the job, and will leave it half finished, and not even do everything they were paid to do. Do NOT let them do work for you. Stay away. If you do let them, then do NOT give them authority to be the ones to deal with the insurance company. Their only concern will be getting money from the insurance company and nothing more. Trust me, find somebody else. EDIT: I DID contact them and asked if they would only fix the floors from their shoddy work, I'd be happy. But.... they won't come and at least fix that. I'm not sure what I was expecting by calling them.

  Like so many others that have left 1 star reviews, IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. This is NOT a construction company this is a SALES company. These guys are really good at making a sale and that is it. They will make you think they are a legit company with their company branded vehicles and polos. They are very good at making you think they are trustworthy. Once they have your trust, they will disappear. You’ll patiently wait thinking work is being done and then when you start asking questions, they will lie for months. Finally when you try to get management involved because clearly something is wrong, they will take your message for management, promise they’ll call you and then no one will call. The sales person will try to get you to keep providing money until you’re too far in to terminate the contract. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. It’ll save you a lot of money and heartache. Been waiting for owners Taylor and Mat Sr. to return numerous messages left at their main office. Been over a month of waiting for someone in management to call. Over $13k in on this project and SIX MONTHS in and literally have NOTHING completed. Been lied to multiple times about deadlines and that permits were completed. When I called my local building department they have NOTHING. The sales guy (Steve) has no idea about the process and just lies. DISHONEST. UNETHICAL. UNPROFESSIONAL. SCAMMER. FRAUD. It’s a big blame game over there. Broken promises and constantly with their hand out for more money. Sales person (Steve) says the owner's son who runs the company (Mat Jr.) doesn’t know what’s going on and is a liar. Then the permitting person (Missy) says sales person and management are lying. They all blame each other and management will not get involved. Numerous promises of a returned call over the last month and still waiting, it's been more than a month and multiple voicemails and not a single person besides the sales guy will return a message.

We also communicated that a permit cannot be pulled until these drawings are finalized and approved. However, we felt it was necessary to respond to your review as it contains misinformation and is unfairly damaging to our team.   BEWARE!!! These people installed a metal roof on my daughters home and in less than one year Hurricane Ian tore off three panels landing them in their pool. This company will not take care of it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

  STAY AWAY!!!!! This is by far the worst run company I have ever dealt with. Extremely shady management that you can never get a hold of when you need them. Was sold a bag of goods and a timeline that as soon as we signed the contract was completely changed. Once contract was signed, we were lied to, ignored for months and gaslighted. Seems like company was run by Dad and now the incompetent son has taken over and the company is going downhill quickly. Take advice and stay far away from Xtreme Roofing and their unethical and clueless staff and lying and incompetent management. Only interest is making a sale/signing a contract and then it’s crickets. They’ve had our money for 6 months and we have NOTHING to show for it. You’ve been warned.

  It was such a total relief to meet John & just feel like I had no worries after we walked through my requests. He took it upon himself to go above and beyond helping me figure out what was best for me. It put me at total ease after having a few prior tough experiences. I was very surprised how quickly Craig contacted me to begin the work ahead. He & his crew were totally professional. I really couldn’t believe how personal they were with everything they did.   Yesterday Xtreme Roofing sent a crew to remove and replace our home’s roof. They had an early start and it was completed that day. It looks beautiful! Everyone worked very hard on getting the job done well! Before they left, all the area around the house was immaculately cleaned. Alberto, the gentleman we worked with that day was knowledgeable and very professional. Alberto is a very nice man. Xtreme was recommended to us by a friend and I would do the same.   Xtreme Roofing wasn’t the cheapest company that I got estimates from but Matt Jr. struck me as being fair, honest and trustworthy which I admired. Matt Jr. and Derick were really professional, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to work with. They responded quickly to calls or texts and answered any questions I might have especially Derick since I texted him often. Their workers were polite and hardworking and also seemed to do a really good job.
