We had a great experience with this roofing company. caleb, the rep who came out to inspect the roof and guide the whole process, was fantastic. He took extra time to check every part of the roofing project and clearly explained our options, including shingle materials, gutter work, ventilation, and overall specs, so we felt confident making the right choice for our home in Daytona Beach. The job itself went very smoothly. the crew worked hard and stayed organized, and they completed the full roof, gutters, and chimney work in just a couple of days. They also did an excellent cleanup afterward, so the property looked neat and well cared for. Once everything was complete, caleb returned for a detailed final inspection to make sure the workmanship met expectations and that every part of the roofing job was finished properly. i would highly recommend this team for anyone needing reliable roofing service, clear communication, and quality results.

their crew was responsive, punctual, and quick with every part of the roofing job. From the first time i asked for a roof inspection to the final new roof installation, along with replacing shutters, gutters, and adding gutter guards, the whole process was handled within just a few weeks. We worked with caleb, and the communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish. The workmanship was solid, no corners were cut, and everything was explained clearly along the way. They helped protect our home from heavy rain, heat, and typical weather, and the finished roof and exterior work look great. i highly recommend them for roofing and related exterior services, and we will definitely use them again for future needs.

A roofing crew put a durable roof on my home, and it has held up very well through strong Florida storms, heavy rain, and high winds. i have worked with other roofers over the years, but this team is the only one that got the roofing job done right from start to finish. They offered a fair price, did excellent roof installation work, and used hand nailing on all the shingles instead of taking shortcuts. They also cleaned up all the debris, and there were no nails left in my yard when the job was done. richard was honest, dependable, and made sure everything was completed the right way and on a schedule that worked for me. I highly recommend them for roofing and siding work in Daytona Beach.

i had my grandmother call about a roof leak, and she said richard was very polite and clearly explained what was going on with her shingles and roof area. The roofing crew came back quickly to handle the repair, and she has not had any leaking since. thank you so much!!! she later went in to pay in person, and the office staff even gave her a discount on the roof repair after explaining that the job took less time than first expected, so they adjusted the bill. that kind of honesty and fair pricing really stood out. with the florida heat and rain, it is a big relief to have a roofing company that responds fast, does solid work, and treats customers with care. i would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or leak service.

We had a great experience with this roofing company and would gladly recommend them to others. Our older home needed a full roof replacement, including tearing off the worn roof, adding new plywood over the old roof deck, installing proper flashing where it was missing, and removing two old chimneys. The roofing crew was courteous, arrived on time each day, and worked hard from start to finish, even coming back on a Saturday to wrap things up. In the Florida heat, they stayed focused and kept the job moving smoothly. A new roof is a big investment, but the price felt fair for the amount of roofing work involved. Other roofers were not willing to handle the chimney removal, so we were very happy to find a team that could complete the whole roofing project the right way.

We could not be happier with our experience with Ortega Family Roofing. We had a roof leak over our living room in Daytona Beach and first called for an estimate on a temporary repair, but after learning more about the condition of the shingles, flashing, and decking, we decided a full roof replacement was the best long-term fix. Richard took the time to explain how our homeowners insurance process worked and handled communication with the adjuster so everything related to the roof damage was covered and repaired the right way. The crew was friendly, professional, and worked fast. They finished the roofing job in just one day, kept the property clean, and did a great job with the cleanup when everything was done. They also helped coordinate the interior drywall repair from the leak, which made the whole process much easier for us. The new roof looks great, the workmanship is solid, and we feel much better knowing our home is protected from Florida heat, rain, and storms. We definitely plan to call again when we are ready for more exterior home improvements.
