Professional and courteous roofing service from start to finish. They gave me a prompt estimate, and as soon as they were ready to complete the roof work, they stayed in touch and scheduled a time that worked well for everyone. The roofing crew was extremely hardworking and careful the whole time. They made sure my property was protected, kept the area clean, and were even careful around my landscaping and plants. Everyone was kind, respectful, and easy to work with, and the roof job was completed with great results. I am very pleased with the finished work and would gladly use them again in the future when it is time to replace my gutters or handle other roofing needs.

I can’t say enough good things about this roofing team. After a major storm damaged part of my shingle roof in Ormond Beach, they made the whole process much easier than I expected. Dealing with insurance can be stressful, but Isaiah and the crew stayed helpful, professional, and easy to work with from the first call. The claim process took a long time with a lot of back and forth, but the roofing team kept pushing and stayed on top of every detail to help get the repairs approved. They explained the steps clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel confident throughout the project. Once the claim was approved, they moved fast and got the roof replacement scheduled right away. The installation was finished in about two weeks, and the workmanship on the shingles, cleanup, and overall job quality was excellent. They understood the kind of storm and heat conditions roofs in Florida deal with, and they made sure everything was done right. I really appreciated their support, strong communication, and dedication from start to finish.

After storm damage affected our roof, gutters, and exterior, Sebastian helped us through the whole roofing and restoration process with our insurance claim. He made everything simple and easy to follow, handled the communication with the adjusters, and kept us updated at every step so we always knew what was happening next. There was some waiting time during the claim review, but Sebastian stayed on top of it and kept us fully informed. Once the work was scheduled, the crew moved efficiently and did a great job with the roof replacement, gutter work, and exterior repairs. In just a short time, our home looked refreshed and well protected again. The roofing contractors were professional, respectful, and careful around the property. At the end of each day, they cleaned up thoroughly and made sure the yard was safe for our children and dog. The new roof looks excellent, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roof replacement, storm damage repairs, or gutter work.

i wanted to write and thank you and your team for the quality roofing work on my home. i was very pleased with the finished roof and the whole process from start to finish. especially, i want to recognize patrick for being efficient, professional, and easy to work with. he kept me informed about each step of the roofing job, answered my questions, and paid close attention to every detail and to my input. i was also impressed by how well the project was managed, from materials and scheduling to cleanup and final inspection. patrick was a strong representative throughout the job, and his follow-up on the many details made me feel confident in the work being done. i also appreciate the help with the insurance process and with getting the full refund related to the tree removal. it meant a lot to have that support during the project. i was especially grateful that you were able to find the rustic slate shingle style i wanted, since matching the look of my home was a high priority for me. the new roof looks great, fits the house well, and gives me peace of mind with florida heat, rain, and storms. i would be glad to recommend your roofing service to anyone who needs dependable roof work and good customer care.

Highly recommend is still saying too little. They came through for us again after a severe storm damaged our roof and cracked a few windows. I called Sebastian right away, and his roofing crew showed up fast to handle the emergency repairs. They did not just help our family, they also assisted many nearby homeowners that same night with roof leaks, damaged shingles, and broken windows until every urgent repair was finished. The team worked late into the night and never cut corners. Their response was quick, organized, and professional from start to finish. What really stood out was their honesty, strong work ethic, and the quality of their roofing work. Many homes nearby had attic leaks after the storm, but our home stayed protected with no leaks at all. If you need a roofer that delivers quality workmanship, reliable storm damage repairs, and truly goes above and beyond, this is the crew to call. Our family feels confident knowing we have found a roofing contractor we can trust for the long term. Five stars does not feel like enough for the level of service and care they provided.

we chose this roofer after talking with a neighbor and seeing the quality of their roof replacement work and finished shingles on nearby homes. ernest helped us pick the best roofing materials for our house and also suggested larger gutters to handle florida’s heavy rain and strong summer storms. The full tear-off and replacement of the large roof was completed in one day, and the new gutters were finished the next day. the crew worked in a very professional way from start to finish. they protected the property, kept the job site organized, and did a solid cleanup after the roofing work was done. the final inspection was thorough, and everything looked well installed and sealed. ernest stayed responsive during the estimate process and throughout the installation, answering questions quickly and making sure every request was handled. we have replaced three roofs and gutter systems on this home over time, and this was by far the best experience we have had. no other roofing contractor has matched this level of service, workmanship, communication, and overall satisfaction. the new roof and gutters look great, and we feel confident they will perform well for years in florida weather.

A few weeks ago I had to file my first insurance claim after I noticed a roof leak sending water into one of the bedrooms. I called a few roofing contractors and had trouble getting clear help at first, so I kept searching and found a roofer who really stood out. The first person I spoke with, Ernest, was calm, professional, and patient while I explained everything. He listened carefully, answered my questions, and walked me through the roofing inspection, repair plan, and insurance claim process in simple terms. That same day he came out to my home in Ormond Beach to inspect the roof and look over the damage. By the next day I had a detailed estimate, and Isaiah called to explain that the insurance payout did not fully cover all the roofing and interior repairs that were needed. I was stressed, but they reassured me and offered to speak with the insurance company for me to help with the missing items. Jorge stayed persistent with the adjuster and kept me updated the whole time, so I never felt left out or confused. Because of their follow-up and knowledge of roof damage claims, the insurance company approved additional funds to cover the full scope of repairs. Throughout the process, my calls and texts were answered quickly, and the communication was excellent. The roof work has been completed and the inside repairs are underway. I was impressed with their honesty, professionalism, patience, and strong customer service. If you need a reliable roofer in Ormond Beach for storm damage, leak repairs, or help with an insurance claim, I highly recommend this team.
