***I was in the market for a new roof so I followed Astro to a couple job sites to see the quality or professionalism there should be and there was none. A complete joke.***

By looking at the other reviews you have left for other companies we can gladly say you did not use us for your roofing project. Good luck to you in the future.

I made an appointment for ASTRO to come look at my roof for an estimate. Well they never showed up. So I called and the lady who answered the phone said I will call you back . Guess what I didn't receive a phone call back. Very unprofessional!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor customer service. I can only imagine what kind of work they do.

I'm sorry but we have no record of your call. Times are busy but our staff makes sure that every call is answered. We've reviewed all of our phone logs and appointments.

Won’t return calls and if your new roof is leaking better call another roofer ! They sub- out their local work if your just one home .

  Reply from the business

We do not use sub-contractors. Our workers compensation and liability insurance prohibits us from doing so. As far as your roof leak goes, if we did the roof you would have a warranty with us. One of the owners handles any warranty issues personally to make sure they are properly taken care of. We have gone through our records to make sure any call we received for warranty issues was taken care of and we cannot find any that we did not complete that would leave our customer dissatisfied. If you are having an issue please call us directly at the office or send an email to astroroofer@yahoo.com. This is my personal email and I will make sure you are taken care of. We are not able to contact this reviewer because we have no customers in our records that go by "Super Blogger"

As this was our first new roof, Astro Roofing was with us every step of the way: answering all our questions with patience & confidence, staying on time & on budget too. Maynard and his team arrived on time, were courteous and got the job …

My dumpster didn’t want to lift today at the landfill. One of your employees (Joshua) offered to let me use his jumper cables to power up my dumpster. Even though we are competitors he went out of his way to try and help me. From what I’ve read and my interactions with your staff your company has integrity. Id prefer to sell all the roofs but if I do lose a few I wouldn’t be upset if it was to Astro Roofing :p let Joshua know I said thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience from start to finish. Jeff did an excellent job explaining everything we needed to know about replacing our roof and kept us informed throughout the process. The roofing crew worked hard all day and finished the job before the storm rolled in, which was impressive. Jeff was on-site making sure materials were delivered and everything stayed on schedule. You can tell they care about doing the job right. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing a new roof!

Growing up in Port Orange, I’ve seen Astro Roofing’s bright orange trucks around town most of my life. When it was time to replace our roof, we wanted a company that was both local and highly reputable, so there was really only one option for us - Astro Roofing. Dave and his entire crew were very professional and kept us informed of the progress throughout every step of the project. After the job was completed, our property was free of debris and the only evidence left behind was our beautiful new roof. We will definitely use Astro Roofing again for our future roofing needs and would confidently recommend them to anyone in the market for a new roof. Thanks Dave and the Astro Roofing team!

Extremely satisfied with this company. They are so professional, very detailed, accommodating, fast and I can't be happier with the service and more so, the final product. I would definitely recommend Astro Roofing to anyone looking for an install, repair or replacement. Well done Astro Roofing and thank you for the incredible work.

I had a great experience with this roofing company. They actually call you back when they say they will, which already sets them apart from most contractors. They honored their word, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what they promised. The quality of work was excellent and the whole process felt smooth and professional from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company this reliable and service-focused these days. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.
