I had a leak after one of these rain storms and called Roberson. They could not come out for 3 weeks to look at it so I made the appointment. When the salesman came out to look at the repair he said they would email me an estimate for my insurance company. That was two and a half weeks ago and I have not heard a word from them. I called a week ago wanting to know where my estimate was and I did not receive a call back nor have I gotten the estimate. I called another roofing company and they came out in 2 days gave me an estimate on the spot and have been working with my insurance company to make sure I have coverage. I would not recommend Roberson to anyone

roberson came out and gave a verbal quote and said they would send it via email....never came and followed up 3 times never got a response...finally went in office to see whatsup new guy came out gave a quote over 1300 higher then the verbal...followed up with second guy about a question and he didnt really answer it - i am sure they do good work , and would consider using them if the they actually showed they cared about their customers but this is my experience

When I called the lady who answered the phone was rude. Very rude. She lost you about $30,000 worth of business. You’re welcome.

The job was done quickly and efficiently. The workers started early and spread tarps all around. They were courteous and worked hard. They protected the plants and left the yard in a clean state. The roof looks really nice. All in all, it was a professional job well done.

Roberson Roofing is the real deal. They are fair in pricing, they keep things painless, and they are really good at the whole process of getting the roof on your home up to standards. They are great people to work with. I'm a lifetime customer for sure.

Very professional and amazed that they got my roof done in one day. They started at 7am and didn't stop until they were done at about 4pm, except for lunch of course. Very hard working crew. Love my new roof. 5 stars for sure.
